Job Description Primary Duties and Responsibilities; Prep New Business, Military and Part D applications Prep Medicare, Veteran Affairs, and Medicaid claims to be scanned into OnBase document repository system along with various other types of mail. Prep lead cards to be scanned into OnBase Index appropriate keywords for Claims, Customer Service Correspondence, and Legal Documents Print and Prep lead card rejects for data entry. Dispatch OnBase reports to various clerks. Maintain high degree of quality control and validation of completed work Meet and/or exceed established standards for productivity and quality Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA standards Provide backup support to scanning clerks Perform additional duties as assigned by management Required Skills: Strong computer literacy Excellent typing skills with emphasis on 10-key Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to work Proven ability to prioritize to meet stringent deadlines Ability to thrive in fast paced environment while working independently and with limited supervision Positive team oriented attitude with flexibility to adjust to changes as they arise Qualifications High school diploma required Previous document imaging experience a plus Knowledge of Onbase application a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
