This person will be responsible for sending out appeals via hard copy or upload to their internal portals to support Denial Representatives that are apart of their patient follow up team. This person will get trained on their EMR Epic system for patient documentation and will be responsible for various other clinical duties such as filing medical records, answering corresponding messages and updating insurances.
