Responsibilities:
Provides emergency and non emergency care to employees and guests. Works with Health Services Management and RN's in the
day to day operations of Health Services. Responds to all medical calls on property and provides care per treatment standards.
Provide necessary medical care to all employees and guests of Knott's Berry Farm acting within the EMT scope of
practice, as defined by state and county regulatory agencies and request outside services as necessary.
Ability to complete Health Service paperwork in a professional and timely manner.
Report all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
Follow proper infection control procedures.
Maintain patient confidentiality and confidentiality of all medical records.
Provide follow up care to Knott's Berry Farm employees following Knott's Berry Farm policies and procedures.

Report information regarding patient condition and treatment rendered to medical staff of local fire department or receiving

We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Fusion Technologist to perform a broad range of PET and CT procedures on a fused scanner. Exams will be conducted at one of our busy outpatient cancer treatment centers in Beverly Hills. The successful candidate will be able to perform all functions associated with diagnostic PET Imaging to include radiopharmaceutical preparation and injection, glucose monitoring, radiation safety, and post processing of data.
Summary of Essential Duties:
Performs routine and advanced oncological procedures on a PET/CT imaging device and each of its subsets, utilizing knowledge of radiation/imaging scientific principles, technical skills, and well-developed problem-solving capabilities. Routinely rotates between the two disciplines. Performs routine CT and other radiologic studies as needed.
Operates, calibrates, Quality Controls, and maintains imaging equipment and accessory instruments used in imaging procedures. Performs section specific imaging Quality Control (QC) procedures using established technical factors and image identification.
Processes and reformats all images, per protocol, obtained from the fused modality, or from each of its subsets.
Prepares, dispenses, and administers radiopharmaceuticals and related materials in accordance with Cedars-Sinai radioactive materials license and departmental policy and procedure. Handles pharmaceuticals that may be needed during a fusion procedure and ensures that these medications are ordered and administered by a nurse practitioner or licensed physician.
QualificationsEducation:
Associate's Degree/College Diploma from a JRCERT accredited Radiology program required
Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Sciences preferred
Certifications/Licensure:
ARRT-R required
CT certification from ARRT or NMTCB required

What You'll Be Doing:
Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOPs, equipment, policies and procedures
Provide dialysis/apheresis and TerumoBCT instrumentation installation and maintenance
Completes installations and repair services in a timely manner and provides contract preventative maintenance.
Successfully completes instrumentation training at Baxter training facility
Provide on-site clinical and technical instrumentation in service
Schedules service calls with customers in accordance with current procedures published by national and regional management
What You'll Bring:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, and relevant experience preferred. In lieu of degree, minimum of 5 years field service experience.
Familiar with data analysis concepts and tools such as Excel
IT knowledge on general connectivity, network integration of devices, wireless protocols, mobile network technologies, software support and cyber security standards. Understanding in Healthcare IT standards and loT technologies.
Excellent Communication
Requires the ability to carry out the physical requirements of the job including kneeling and standing for long periods of time, squatting, bending, lifting, pulling, twisting.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move in excess of 50 pounds using lifting aids, technologies, or appropriate assistance.
Must be able to sit and drive extended distances as per region requirements or fly for a number of hours.
Travel:
You'll be traveling up to 50-75%. When not traveling, you'd be working remotely!
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base hourly range of $16.15 - $24.23. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/ experience, time in role, business line, and geographic/ office location.
