Executing installation, maintenance and repair on customer installed base, in a specific delimited know-how
Performance of warranty work and start-up service.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Field Technician, you'll represent DISH in customers' homes, simplifying their lives and introducing them to infinite smart home possibilities. Key responsibilities include:
Working independently while enjoying support and collaboration from team members

Installing and servicing DISH products and smart home solutions
Educating customers on product usage and smart home benefits

Required Skills and Experience:

Determination: Ready for any challenge, including crawling into small spaces and working in varying climates/weather conditions; this includes roofs and crawl spaces without the comfort of air-conditioning

Physical Requirements: Capable of standing on ladders (up to 40 feet) for extended periods, lifting over 70 lbs, and remaining within the individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs
Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays

This opportunity is a home-based flexible work schedule with 40-hour guarantee (+Overtime).
This Field Service Representative position will be within our U.S. Services business, specifically our Secure Power team. Our Secure Power team focuses on servicing critical data center equipment. We are the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) service provider for APC (American Power Conversion)/MGE/Schneider Electric equipment.
As a Field Service Representative, a typical day for you might include:
Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment
Problem solving with customers, electricians, sales partners, technical support, District Service
Completion of field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance, and startup data sheets
Manager and/or Regional Service Director to resolve complex escalated issues
Continuous learning and training on various products both in the field and in the classroom
On some days, you may even:
Travel throughout the region for local customer support or even countrywide travel
Assist the Field Project Manager on larger system startups
Act on behalf of the District Service Manager to resolve operational issues as required
This may be the next step in your career journey if you have:
An Associate degree, vocational education, or similar experience in electronics, electrical theory or similar desirable discipline or military training
Thorough understanding of principles of AC and DC power, various AC and DC supply circuit components
2+ years of field service repair and customer service with UPS, electrical, electro-mechanical or electronics related equipment
2+ years in Field Services or equivalent industry experience.
Safe driving and vehicle operations skills
Skilled at utilizing test and diagnostic equipment
Experience reading and interpreting schematics, drawings, and theory of operation manuals
The ability to write service reports, correspondence, procedures, effectively present information and respond to customer questions.
The capacity to move service equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Description/Responsibilities
Promote fly ADVANCEDs commitment to exemplary service and quality by the successful execution of the duties assigned.
The Line Service Technician is to greet, park, tow, move and marshal aircraft arriving or departing ramp area.
Provide pre-arrival, arrival, and departure assistance for flight departments and passengers visiting our FBO.
Provide shuttle service for passengers/crew as required.
Provide coffee and water service as requested.
Fuel aircraft as requested.
Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed.
Assist with general cleaning and cleaning of debris from ramp, building and customer areas.
Assist with wing-walking duties as required
Operate radios for advisory and non-flight services.
Comply with company policies related to customer service standards and airfield procedures including safety and security.
Assist with customer service duties as required. Accurately process and record all credit card, check, and cash sales/purchases, which include issuing a receipt.
Assist with general cleaning and cleaning of debris and snow removal from ramp, building and customer areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills
Must possess strong interpersonal and verbal skills.
Must be courteous and conscience of client needs.
Must be able to work in various weather conditions, such as snow, sleet, rain and hot/cold temperatures.
Must have a valid state issued driver's license.
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, with customer-friendly attitude.
Previous experience highly preferred.
