The Position:
This is a very dynamic and fast-track position reporting to the Field Service Supervisor. The position will be the key member of service team. This position will also be the technical point of the contact person to support sales teams for commercial, industrial and utility-scale businesses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform as a lead on more complex field engineering assignments for Battery Storage and PV applications.
Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning of Battery storage systems (AC & DC couple) and PV solar inverters achieving the milestones agreed with utility scale customers

Ensure proper notification of ongoing issues to the team and any workaround solutions until a permanent resolution is established.
Manage planned and unplanned downtimes following downtime procedures, document and communicate problems and escalate as needed.
Encourages, maintains, and develops a professional business relationship with internal and external customers by providing prompt, efficient and professional service.
Maintains patient confidentiality, complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and secures all operational data.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in IT support, with at least some of it focused on multi-site or healthcare environments Experience deploying operating systems and managing active directory Strong analytical skills to diagnose technical issues and develop effective solutions quickly Ability to effectively communicate across all staff/management levels with a friendly and helpful attitude Ability to work in fast-paced environments while providing excellent customer service to internal or external customers Must be a team player, eager to collaborate, and adaptable Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs, and network security Experience with Microsoft Intune/Autopilot Experience working within dental or healthcare Experience with PAN (Panoramic Dental X-Ray) equipment such as Planmeca, Sidexis 2d/3d, or Carestream 2d/3d pans Experience working with dental office software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Practice Works, or Softdent Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data security standards specific to healthcare Compensation $68,000 - $80,000 per year About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
