Job Functions: The Field Service Supervisor is a key leader within our service team. This role involves upholding our values, overseeing technician performance, coaching and developing technicians, and ensuring smooth maintenance and repair operations.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Provide weekly updates on any outstanding customer issues.
Conduct check-in meetings with assigned technicians-this may mean traveling to each technician site as needed.
Collaborate with the Service Manager to advance technicians' mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Deliver timely reports to the Service Manager.
Perform 1 to 2 monthly inspections on all technicians.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted.
Participate in monthly one-on-one meetings to discuss BEI.
Assist technicians with challenging machines or customer-related issues.
Carry out daily service tasks as needed, including emergency situations.
Work with the Service Manager to assess the progress of technicians and support their career and training development.
Collaborate closely with the Service Manager to meet productivity goals and implement improvements as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Advanced Proficiency: Candidates must possess advanced skills in all areas of the job.
Task Performance: Must confidently and professionally complete all assigned tasks.
Technical Training: Candidates should be fully trained on Kyocera, Xerox, and HP products, including knowledge of connectivity. Alternatively, substantial prior field experience may qualify a candidate for this position.

We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Fusion Technologist to perform a broad range of PET and CT procedures on a fused scanner. Exams will be conducted at one of our busy outpatient cancer treatment centers in Beverly Hills. The successful candidate will be able to perform all functions associated with diagnostic PET Imaging to include radiopharmaceutical preparation and injection, glucose monitoring, radiation safety, and post processing of data.
Summary of Essential Duties:
Performs routine and advanced oncological procedures on a PET/CT imaging device and each of its subsets, utilizing knowledge of radiation/imaging scientific principles, technical skills, and well-developed problem-solving capabilities. Routinely rotates between the two disciplines. Performs routine CT and other radiologic studies as needed.
Operates, calibrates, Quality Controls, and maintains imaging equipment and accessory instruments used in imaging procedures. Performs section specific imaging Quality Control (QC) procedures using established technical factors and image identification.
Processes and reformats all images, per protocol, obtained from the fused modality, or from each of its subsets.
Prepares, dispenses, and administers radiopharmaceuticals and related materials in accordance with Cedars-Sinai radioactive materials license and departmental policy and procedure. Handles pharmaceuticals that may be needed during a fusion procedure and ensures that these medications are ordered and administered by a nurse practitioner or licensed physician.

About the Role - Position Description
MegazoneCloud is seeking a Cloud Service Engineer - AWS to join our team in Orange County, CA, supporting our customers across North America. As a key member of the MegazoneCloud Services Delivery team, you will provide AWS cloud support & incident management, proactive maintenance, and technology-based client communication & collaboration (on customers' challenges) for our enterprise clients. You will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot incidents, optimize cloud operations, and enhance security and compliance within AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to-
1) AWS Cloud Support & Incident Management
Provide ongoing AWS technical support, responding to escalations from the monitoring team.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and cloud-related issues.
Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain incident documentation and update knowledge bases.
2) Client Communication & Collaboration
Interact with clients to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve AWS-related issues.
Communicate technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide guidance on AWS best practices and security compliance.
Participate in weekly/monthly client discussions to review outstanding issues and improvements.
3) AWS Security & Compliance
Ensure AWS environments adhere to security and compliance controls.
Implement security best practices, including IAM policies, VPC configurations, and encryption strategies.
4) Proactive Maintenance & Optimization
Perform regular system health checks, monitoring, and automation tasks to improve efficiency.
Optimize AWS workloads for cost-effectiveness, performance, and scalability.
Work collaboratively with the MegazoneCloud NA team to implement infrastructure enhancements.
5) Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Maintain updated documentation for AWS environments, configurations, and procedures.
Provide training and mentorship to internal teams on AWS-related topics.
Required Qualifications
AWS Hands-On Experience: Strong experience managing/implementing complex AWS environments.
Infrastructure & Operations:
Minimum 2 years managing on-premise infrastructure or deployment projects.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing or deploying AWS cloud environments.
AWS Incident Management: Ability to respond to alerts, diagnose issues, and resolve incidents efficiently.
AWS Security & Compliance: Practical knowledge of AWS IAM, VPCs, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
Client-Facing Communication Skills: Experience working with enterprise clients and handling technical escalations.

Support the Hazard Analysis & Risk-Based Preventive Controls Food Safety Team in the implementation of an effective Food Safety plan focused on the elimination of biological, chemical, physical and economically motivated hazards from our foods.
Complete sensory, physical, and packaging evaluations on finished food and report the results to bakery management.
Conduct sampling, testing, and documentation including procedures and records.
Understanding and verification of 21 CFR 117 Subpart B Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), basic understanding of 21 CRF 117 Subpart C Preventive Controls, Prerequisite and Preventive Control Programs and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Provide clear and appropriate communication of food safety and quality issues to management and colleagues at shift change
Perform other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is required. Some college science courses or experience in the food industry preferred.
Certified in HARPC (Hazard Analysis and Risk-based Preventive Controls), Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standard such as BRC or SQF or ability to obtain certification within one year
3-5 years related experience in a food safety quality assurance role
Equipment and food knowledge and troubleshooting ability
Ability to operate scales, metal detection and imaging devices, ovens and other instrumentation and measuring devices
