ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (may include but not limited to)
Communicate with customers regarding equipment performance issues, time required to repair, etc.
Train customer personnel in operation and maintenance of equipment
Observe and listen to mechanical devices in operation to locate causes of trouble

Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts

Person must ensure he/she has calibration stickers, PMD work orders, worksheets, tags, cleaning supplies, directions, customer contact info and survey cards. Downloading customer info to an on-site laptop may be required for some customers.

Person will be expected to generate the certificates of calibration and provide the original data worksheet for final inspection by quality.
