Minimum of three years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical systems, and strong expertise in electrical systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical (AC 480-120V, DC 180V-low voltage controls) and mechanical systems, including pneumatics, gearboxes, hydraulics, and cam-type mechanisms.
Ability to provide basic mechanic’s hand tools.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds, maintaining visual accuracy, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be on their feet 80-90% of the shift, responding to maintenance calls.
Experience with equipment such as carton erectors, carton sealers, liquid fillers, case packers, palletizers, cappers, conveyors, and labelers.
Blow molding experience with Uniloy or Bekum machines is a plus.
Three years of manufacturing experience required.
