REQUIREMENTS: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in fiberglass repair, preferably in a marine environment. Skills: Proficient in fiberglass repair techniques, including gel coat application, sanding, and finishing. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Knowledge: Understanding of marine safety standards and repair procedures. Familiarity with various types of fiberglass materials and resins. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, ascend/descend a ladder and work in various weather conditions. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers. Certifications: Relevant certifications in fiberglass repair or marine technology are a plus. Work is performed in a workshop environment with exposure to dust, fumes, and noise. May require occasional overtime or weekend work to meet customer demands.
