Must be available Tuesday mornings; Thursday nights 4 - 8PM in July and August; and additional days and times to be discussed with supervisor 20 hours per week Responsibilities Work with festival coordinator to confirm food trucks, vendors and artists' needs Assist with communications to artists, venues and management organizations for the Prudential presents North to Shore and Horizon Sounds of the City summer festivals Collaborate with Operations, House Management and Production teams on setup, security, artist assistance and other festival needs Review contracts and create cost projections for performance budgeting Work with Operations team to review and/or create schedules and event documents through ArtsVision Research demographics of ticket purchasers Research the uses of AI to support department's needs Minimum Qualifications Open to rising college juniors, seniors, post-college graduates or graduate students Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs Ability to be self-motivated and work independently on projects and assignments Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills via phone, email and in-person plus a knack for maintaining grace under pressure Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and be a team player Preferred Qualifications ● 3.0 GPA or higher ● Involvement in extracurricular activities ● Interest in the performing arts and/or fundraising
