What You'll Learn
Provide exceptional treatment, collaborative care options (within the scope of urgent care), including physical examinations, assessments, diagnosis and treatment

December 2025 Cohort
Under the supervision of clinical mentors, the Neonatal PA fellow is a limited term position (minimum 9 months, maximum 12 months) that will consist of precepted clinical practice, didactic teaching, and simulation skills training. The Fellow will provide direct care and assume increasing responsibility for clinical management of patients in ambulatory or inpatient settings. In precepted practice, the fellow will learn to obtain patient histories, perform physical examinations, order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans. The Fellow will participate in case management and continuing care. The Fellow will learn to collaborate, refer, and consult with department attending physicians, specialists, and other members of the health care team to deliver effective, efficient, safe, and high quality care. The Fellow will be exposed to the APPs role in contributing to organizational and departmental continuous performance and quality improvement projects. The Fellow will participate in education and research efforts for patients, families, and the health care team.

Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)/Immunotherapy Fellow

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center (Fred Hutch) and the University of Washington (UW) Department of Pediatrics, Division of Hematology Oncology are jointly recruiting a full-time Bone Marrow Transplant/Immunotherapy Fellow with an appointment as Acting Instructor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Washington School of Medicine. This is a full-time, 12-month service period, annual appointment. The primary appointment will be in the Clinical Research Division of Fred Hutch.
The selected individual for the advertised position is expected to participate in a year-long fellowship program with the goal of becoming an expert in pediatric hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) and Immunotherapy. This position will rotate through outpatient HCT services (autologous and allogeneic transplant, immunotherapy, Long Term Follow Up) and on the inpatient transplant service initially as a primary care provider with increasing levels of independent patient care responsibility over the course of the year. Exposure to some of our unique clinical programs, including non-malignant transplantation, high risk leukemia, and survivorship, will be part of the learning experience as well. Approximately 60-75% of the year will be devoted to clinical activities with the remaining time available for the opportunity to participate in research projects, which will be determined based on identification of mentors and projects. The Urban Indian Health Institute (UIHI) has embarked on a journey to reclaim the indigenous values of data, evaluation and research as a way to contribute to the health and well-being of tribal people living in urban areas nationwide. The Public Health Fellowship will build upon training and opportunities of the UIHI Public Health Internship to support professional development, technical skill enhancement, and incorporation of indigenous methodologies into a project that will include a draft manuscript for publication. The Public Health Fellow will work under the close mentorship of the executive vice president and Special Projects team. Fellow projects will match individual interest with current UIHI needs and will consist of 4 components of working in areas of disease surveillance and chronic disease, HIV/HCV, Public Health Services (suicide, substance misuse prevention, youth and elders),special projects (MMIWG and decolonize data), Indigenous Evaluation Framework and Epidemiologist track(elders brief King county data). Position Duties:
To successfully complete MIFP as a maintenance professional the student will complete various tasks.
Complete up to 3,000 hours of On-the-Job Learning (OJL) and a structured curriculum of academic learning emphasizing the four essential attributes to develop competent, capable, multiskilled maintenance professionals and leaders. The fellow will work with supervisors, trainer and MIFP Coordinators to track hours of On-the-Job Learning.
Participate in one Great American Outdoors Act Strike Force infrastructure project or one Maintenance Action Team (MAT) project every six months. These are larger-scale projects that bring maintenance professionals together from across the region to collaborate and accomplish a goal. The fellow may be required to detail at a location other than their duty station.
In addition to hours of OJL recorded, each Fellow must complete a Work Process Competencies Checklist. The checklists cover each OJL work process category. Tasks must be completed during the term of fellowship. The intent of this checklist is to guide both the fellow and Supervisor in ensuring OJL time is meaningful and provides diversity of experience for maximum learning.
Lead a small project where they plan for equipment, labor, supplies and develop a site safety plan at their station. Complete and present a final report of the project that includes photos, cost estimation versus actual expenses, and summary of the work done. This project will be referred to as a Capstone. One Capstone Project will be completed during the first year of the program, then an additional project each six-month increment of the program. The projects will increase in difficulty as the fellow's skills and knowledge increases. A poster on the first capstone will be presented at the closeout ceremony.
Complete tasks assigned to the fellows by supervisor or day-to-day trainer. 80% of fellows time will be spent completing maintenance related tasks. 20% of fellow's time can be used to complete tasks in other refuge programs ie. Biology, Visitor Services.
Attend all required MIFP, station and refuge meetings. MIFP meetings will consist of monthly meetings with all MIFP fellows and monthly maintenance cohort meetings. Station and refuge meetings will be outlined by supervisors.
Effectively communicate scheduling and needs with supervisor and MIFP coordinators.
Project Types:
Asset and Facility Maintenance: rehabilitates, repairs, and upgrades various exhibits and structures.
Vehicle Maintenance: operates and maintains gasoline and diesel vehicles.

**December** **2** **025 Cohort** Under the supervision of clinical mentors, the Neonatal PA fellow is a limited term position (minimum 9 months, maximum 12 months) that will consist of precepted clinical practice, didactic teaching, and simulation skills training. Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is recruiting an Infectious Disease Fellow who seeks clinical training focused on infections in hematopoietic cell transplants as well as other immunosuppressed individuals such as those undergoing treatment for malignancy with chemotherapy or CAR-T cells. Our Cancer Center performs more than 400 Adult BMT and over 100 CAR T transplants per year. The program includes participation in a clinical research/quality improvement project during the fellowship.

Responsibilities
The successful applicant will participate in supervised clinical training on infections in immunocompromised hosts and engage in clinical research with one of our internationally recognized faculty mentors. The individual would participate in our Fred Hutch outpatient infectious disease clinic as well as the immunocompromised host infectious disease inpatient ID consult services. Fred Hutch provides a challenging academic and supportive multi-disciplinary research environment, and the fellow will be able to take full advantage of training, education, and mentorship opportunities offered through Fred Hutch. The training includes attending micro rounds, journal club, infectious disease clinical care conferences and workshops, and opportunities for experience in antimicrobial stewardship and infection prevention specific to these populations.
Qualifications

About the Market Innovation Section: Market Innovation expands the reach of public transportation by breaking barriers and developing new products and services.
The Innovative Mobility Team collaborates across Metro to develop and pilot innovative new business models, transportation services, and planning tools to expand customer access to jobs, opportunities and community assets, advance equity and sustainability, and support Metro's transition from a transit to a mobility agency.
The Health Through Housing Team coordinates mobility services to supportive housing sites that address financial and other barriers to transportation with the goal of improving mobility and wellbeing.
JOB DUTIES:
Support major initiatives of the Innovative Mobility team including, Integrated Services Planning, Transit Go Rewards implementation for major events, and the Health Through Housing Program.
Assist with data collection, analysis, report and presentation development for internal and external stakeholder to guide strategic decision making.
Engage with consultants and housing staff to identify persistent barriers and develop recommendations for continued program improvements.

Data collection, research & analysis supporting system maintenance, upgrades & improvements from rider feedback.
Administrative tasks: SharePoint upkeep, ticketing management, documenting general processes.
Communications: Writing/reviewing general communication, reports & notifications, responding to rider feedback from social media.

The Service Information Team works to design, produce, and distribute customer facing communications commonly seen on the bus, at bus stops, on printed materials/brochures, signage, and more.
JOB DUTIES:
Assist with the creation of customer-facing transit information and communications.
Assist with the twice-annual service change by updating rider-information materials (predominantly printed products), working closely with the design team.
Update and refine timetable route maps to ensure they align with King County Metro's brand guidelines and streamline design processes.
Lead the redesign of the timetable brochure booklet under the guidance of senior team members.
Create and produce bus stop signs and other facility signage.
Develop a design accessibility guideline tailored for public transit use, to be shared with the Service Information team.
Investigate and apply accessibility guidelines to printed products (including maps and timetable booklets) to ensure inclusivity.
Design presentation decks to pitch print product improvements to designers and non-designers.

About the Transit Route Facilities Team: This team is responsible for the management of bus stops throughout the King County Metro System. The group oversees, maintains, and updates a network of approximately 7,000 bus stops and manages a variety of bus stop improvement projects from initial planning to implementation.
JOB DUTIES:
Conduct field work.
Assess existing site conditions.
Make recommendations.
Collect data and conduct analysis.
Access asset databases.
Research how other transit agencies are prioritizing improvements.

The M. Dhodapkar lab is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Post-Doctoral Research Fellow to work in a collaborative environment leading research on interactions of tumor cells with host immune system in myeloma. The focus of our lab is to study interactions between cancer and immune system in the setting of precursor states and clinical malignancy, focusing on myeloma and harness it to develop new therapies to prevent or treat myeloma.
This position will focus on studies harnessing interactions between tumor and immune cells in the tumor micro-environment in prevention and therapy of myeloma, leveraging novel mouse models developed by our lab and cancer patient-derived samples, with functional, single cell, spatial, and computational approaches. The position will provide opportunities to advance translational applications in the areas of immunotherapies and disease modeling, and for collaborations with colleagues in UW and other cancer centers. This position is ideally suited for a candidate who enjoys working collaboratively across disciplines, mentoring junior scientific investigators, and contributing to an innovative academic environment to forge new scientific directions.
