LinkedIn is looking for a Technical Fellow with expertise in AI to provide thought leadership for engineering organizations.
As an AI Technical Fellow at LinkedIn, you will architect and lead the next generation of AI solutions that powers everything LinkedIn does. Responsibilities:
Lead research in advanced AI, majorly focusing on mid/long-term research topics

Identify problems and opportunities and lead teams to research, architect, design and operationalize AI solutions.
Be part of the Data/AI Leadership team contributing to the overall strategy & roadmap considerations

Basic Qualifications:
PhD in a relevant field or related discipline (machine learning, statistics, computer science etc.), or equivalent research experience
10+ years of relevant work or academic experience
Experience leading technical research projects with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in research and design of AI solutions with at least 5 of those years in a technical or scientific leadership position
Experience in designing and implementing large scale AI platforms.
Experience in leading large scale AI development projects from concept to multiple releases in production
Familiarity with multiple open source machine learning frameworks (pytorch, tensorflow, onnx etc.), and languages (C++, Python, etc.)
Experience leading high-impact, cross-company initiatives
Established track record of excellence in relevant research areas

The Solar and Storage Industries Institute (SI2) is the charitable and education arm of SEIA. Fellowship Description:
The SI2 Fellowship provides a professional development opportunity for students seeking hands-on experience working on solar and storage policy research, policy analysis, and public education efforts, through the Solar and Storage Industries Institute and its sister organization, the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA). The SI2 Fellowship is a year-long engagement based in Washington DC with optional remote service. Each position is full-time during the summer months (maximum 40 hours), and part-time during the academic year (maximum 20 hours). Fellows will conduct research and policy analysis on key topics affecting renewable energy companies across the country while receiving extensive professional development and training.

The Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) is inviting candidates with an interest in technology commercialization to apply for an opportunity to join a one-year paid fellowship program called The Next-Gen Innovators Program ("The Next-Gen Innovators"). The OTT is the office that is charged with protecting and licensing innovations developed at Penn State. The Next-Gen Innovators Program will provide a comprehensive hands-on approach to developing the next generation of leaders in technology commercialization.
The Next-Gen Innovators Program will span one year, providing trainees with long-term exposure to technology commercialization processes. Participants will rotate through at least three key placements:
The Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) - to gain direct experience in technology assessment processes, patenting procedures, and licensing strategies.
A Venture Capital (VC) Firm - to learn about venture investment decision-making, focusing on how venture capitalists assess companies for funding.
A Startup Company - to gain operational experience, understanding how technologies are brought to market, and how business development efforts align with commercialization strategies.
Program Structure
* It is expected that Fellows will dedicate 4 to 8 months with the OTT host in collaboration with other Penn State offices, including the Office of Entrepreneurship and Commercialization, to gain direct experience in technology transfer before transitioning.
* Fellows will then transition into Ben Franklin (a technology-based economic development and venture investment organization in State College) for about 4 months followed by a placement with a technology-based startup company.
* The Next-Gen Fellows program will be for 20 hours per week for approximately 48 weeks. An additional 2 weeks will be either 20 or 40 hours weekly, as part of a rotation with a university relation department of a venture capital firm in the Philadelphia area.
* The compensation will be $15/hour throughout the program.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
* Ideal candidates will have a background in life sciences, physical sciences, law and/or business.
* Graduate students (e.g., JD, MS, MBA, PhD students) interested in pursuing a career in technology transfer are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, particularly technical writing skills for marketing purposes (i.e., clearly and concisely conveying "take-home messages" to describe Penn State technologies and relay their key benefits).

Responsibilities
The Organizing & Policy Fellow provides critical support to AWHA's policy and advocacy work on the state and local levels. The Fellow reports to and works in tandem with the AWHA Organizing and Policy Director. This is a 38-week fellowship starting when hired.
Essential Functions
Organizing and Public Policy Fellow Responsibilities
In collaboration with the AWHA's Organizing and Policy Director, Youth Policy Team, and Policy Analyst the fellow will support the implementation of the New Deal: Transforming the Way Home project that expands partnering with and convening movement leaders to collaborate and build a coordinated strategy to progress efforts to prevent and end youth
Identifying, managing, and sharing state and local policies connected to the New Deal with communities and driving consistent AWHA advocacy across AWHA's New Deal to End Youth Homelessness;

The ACLU seeks a Legal Intern in the National Political and Advocacy Department (Immigration) of the ACLU's National office in Washington, DC. This position is remote.
The Team:
The National Policy and Advocacy (NPAD) National Campaigns team works to craft and advance the ACLU's immigrants' rights national campaigns. The team also supports ACLU affiliates in their immigrants' rights campaigns, including State and local level legislative priorities. Current priorities are focused on but not limited to mitigating harm caused by the Trump Administration's deportation agenda and slowing the advancement of anti-immigrant bills in Congress, such as attacks on State and local so-called “sanctuary” jurisdictions and the asylum system. We also work to dismantle the most harmful aspects of our immigration system - such as the detention system - that lead to the worst outcomes for immigrants and their families.

Location: Our internship program offers a limited number of remote or hybrid intern positions. This internship can be remote or hybrid and based in our DC office.
Time Commitment: Term-time internships may be completed on a part-time basis (10, 15, or 20 hours/week) or full-time (35 hours/week). Summer internships require a full-time commitment.
Internship Duration: Full-time internships span 10 consecutive weeks and part-time 12 weeks. This internship has a start date of May 27th or June 9th 2025.
Stipend: A stipend is available for students who are lawfully authorized to work. Arrangements can be made with educational institutions for work/study or course credit. Below are the stipend rates:

The Aspen Policy Academy seeks a part-time Communications Intern to support content development and outreach. This role reports to the Events and Communications Coordinator and will work closely with the Strategy and Operations Manager and the broader Academy team.
