Job Description: The UPS Sustainability Team is responsible for developing the strategy of and executing initiatives to enable the decarbonization of UPS' global operations. The team works cross-functionally to design and execute greenhouse gas reduction solutions across all business units and modes of transportation, as well as to design customer-facing sustainable logistic products. We leverage the power of data to manage and measure the progress of our initiatives, meet voluntary and regulatory disclosures, and enable analysis to make sound, financially prudent recommendations. This role will focus on measuring and validating carbon emissions, supporting decarbonization initiatives, and aiding in the development and implementation of sustainable transportation solutions for our customers. As a key member of the team, you will bring UPS into a brighter, more sustainable future. This position is an independent contributor position. Key Roles and Responsibilities include: * Support the collection, validation, and reporting of sustainability data, ensuring compliance with relevant voluntary and regulatory standards, including but not limited to CSRD, CSDDD, SEC, and ISSB. * Support the evaluation of data and system controls, working with data source owners to design, document, and implement controls throughout the sustainability reporting process. * Support the development, testing, and review of reports to track the impact of decarbonization initiatives and progress towards organizational sustainability goals. * Work with stakeholders to document, test, and validate sustainability data, and support collaboration with internal and external auditors during assurance processes. * Support the research and development of analyses to uncover opportunities, mitigate risk, and guide our strategy and decision making for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. * Support the development of roadmaps, business cases, and execution of cross-functional initiatives to reduce UPS' greenhouse gas emissions. Preferred Skills, Experience and Educational Qualifications * Ability to manage multiple, large data sets to develop insights. * Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build complex models, understand financial statements, develop business cases, and develop other decision support tools. * Advanced Excel skills and experience using analytical software tools such as Power BI. * Self-starter with a strong attention to detail * Ability to work with tight deadlines and support project teams. * Effective communicator (written and verbal). * Team player who can work cross-functionally to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * General knowledge of sustainability disclosures and reporting environment globally * Financial aptitude including the understanding of F&A concepts and experience working with the General Ledger (GL) and Financial Data Mart (FDM) * Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Sustainability, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, Finance * Master's degree in relevant discipline preferred. * Promotes a positive image of the company. There are currently fellowship openings for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027. Emory University Healthcare provides emergency services to over 250,000 patients annually. Fellows receive comprehensive clinical experience in imaging arising from the emergency departments of seven teaching hospitals (interpreted from two central reading rooms): Emory University Hospital, Emory University Hospital Midtown, Emory Johns Creek Hospital, Emory St. Joseph's Hospital, Emory Hillandale, Emory Decatur Hospital and Grady Memorial Hospital. Clinically, fellows can expect to gain emergent interpretive experience in CT, MR, Ultrasound, and radiography within a high volume 24-7-365 environment. Due to the size and breadth of our healthcare system, diagnostic volume and variety of clinical exposure is unrivaled. Fellows have the ability to customize their training experience to accommodate post-fellowship plans with a clinical or academic focus. Protected academic time at up to one day per week can be allotted for fellows interested in exploring academic endeavors. Elective time within other subspecialty divisions can be explored. Subspecialty urologic exams for hematuria, stone disease, renal, ureteral, bladder and urethral neoplasms Subspecialty gastrointestinal exams for bowel inflammation, neoplasm, perforation and ischemia Subspecialty exams of the liver, pancreas, adrenals, spleen, biliary tree, gallbladder, lymph nodes, peritoneal and retroperitoneal spaces, musculoskeletal structures, and diaphragm. Subspecialty pelvic imaging, including Ob/Gyn, prostate, pelvic floor dysfunction. Experience with CT Colonography, MR PET, and other highly specialized abdominal imaging procedures. This includes nightly ‘beeper' call from home, and weekend call. Weekend call includes in hospital (8 am - 5 pm) interpretation of overnight cases for Grady Health interpreted with preliminary readings by the overnight residents, abdominal cases performed during the day. Beeper coverage from home is covered from 5 pm - 8 am the next morning. Dedicated elective time to pursuit more in depth experience in abdominal imaging, or to gain added experience in other areas within the radiology department. This can include procedural experience with the IR division. Over the course of the fellowship, fellows are given graduated levels of independence, and, depending on performance, may earn the ability to get experience final signing reports. This is especially helpful when it comes time to transition into being an attending radiologist after fellowship is completed.
