The National Women's Law Center seeks a fellow or legal fellow focused on health equity and justice. This role will support the Center's legal and policy work on health access, with a focus on BIPOC, women with few financial resources, and women who face intersectional and other barriers to care. This role will be on the Center's Reproductive Rights and Health team and is a full-time, one-year term-limited position, to begin in fall 2025.
This is a full-time exempt position of 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities
* Draft written materials, including responses to proposed rules and other agency initiatives on women's health issues, factsheets, talking points, blogs and other materials;
* Legal and policy research;
* Conduct legal and policy analysis of federal and state legislative and administrative proposals;
* Work with advocates and policymakers on policy development, including identifying ways to make advancements in the areas of health equity and justice in a creative and imaginative way;
* Participate in coalition meetings and working closely with partners in various progressive coalitions;
* Represent the Center at coalition meetings, conferences, and at public events;
* Work in close coordination with key Center staff, including those on the Reproductive Rights and Health team, other Center staff undertaking federal and state advocacy work, and the Campaign and Communications Team, to strategically and collectively further the Center's work.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* A law degree (JD)
* To be considered as a legal fellow, admission to a state bar with ability to waive into the DC Bar if not already admitted;

Key Relations
The Ann Kolker Fellow will report directly to the Director of Health Equity and will collaborate closely with Reproductive Right and Health team and other Center staff.
Compensation
A salary within the range of $88,055-96,786 will be provided to the successful candidate, consistent with the National Women's Law Center's compensation framework. The successful candidate's salary within this range will be determined by the number years of relevant experience they bring to the role.
The center offers a comprehensive benefits package, and four weeks of annual vacation.
NWLC is a non-profit organization whose headquarters and staff are based in Washington, D.C. at our new office at 1350 Eye Street N.W. This role is based in D.C. and will be eligible for some telework while also being expected to work in person on a regular basis. The successful candidate will need to live in or relocate to the Washington, D.C. area (D.C., Maryland, or Virginia).
The first 90 days of employment will be considered a probationary period.
Classification

The Program Integrity Fellow will pursue reforms in specific federal administrative departments to improve the financial efficiency of specific programs. The Fellow will guide and execute research to identify inefficient policies and practices within those departments and propose reforms. Examples of such practices may include the design of federal policies in areas such as economic development, insurance programs, small business supports, transfer programs and disaster relief funding. Position Status: The Program Support Fellow is a full-time stipend volunteer position, made available through partnership with the AmeriCorps Program.

The majority of the Senior Fellow's time (approximately 75%) will be spent coordinating research activities, authoring or co-authoring policy and research reports in internal and external publications, and developing and delivering research briefings and presentations to key stakeholders. They will be responsible for conducting independent research projects that aim to shape key policy debates and inform both public and private organizations. The remainder of the Senior Fellow's time (approximately 25%) will be spent supporting other research activities within the Wadhwani AI Center and across the Economic Security and Technology Department, preparing proposals for project funding, writing grant reports, and contributing to the internal activities of the Wadhwani AI Center.
The successful candidate will have education and experience in computer science, programming, machine learning, and/or data science. They will have excellent research and writing skills and experience writing for external audiences. They should be able to identify emerging issues of relevance and opportunities for policy engagement and be eager to engage in self-directed research and writing. They will be expected to work closely with researchers across the Wadhwani AI Center and Economic Security, and Technology Department and CSIS at large on research, events, and other program activities. ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Scowcroft-Nye Fellowship is a full-time, temporary opportunity for young leaders to join the Aspen Strategy Group (ASG) team. Meant as a stepping-stone to launch a career in national security and foreign policy, the fellowship lets young professionals experience first-hand how todays preeminent politicians, leaders, and thinkers set aside differences and exchange ideas for open and cooperative dialogue. This fellowship is set in a collaborative, small-team, and fast-paced environment. Throughout your internship with a partner organization, Stand Together Fellowships hosts virtual professional development sessions every Thursday from 1-5 pm ET, wherein you will be mentored by seasoned professionals as you craft a capstone project on the topic that matters most to you. Interns will receive either a $5,500 or $3,300 stipend from Stand Together Fellowships depending on whether they are participating full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (28 hours/week).

MPPF is looking for an assistant for State Policies who is self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a small remote group setting. The assistant for State Policies will contribute to MPP's mission of reforming cannabis laws and educating cannabis regulators, consumers, and state legislators. Under the supervision of the Director of State Policies, the assistant's primary functions will include research and writing related to cannabis policy, and scheduling legislative meetings. This position requires real-time outreach and research with limited oversight. The assistant must be extremely detail-oriented and have excellent time management skills.
