Distribute products according to company policy and provide support for other duties as needed. Accounts Receivable Duties: Monitor and manage assigned client accounts to ensure prompt and timely receipt of payments by established PLCP deadlines. Phone call and e-mail follow-up with clients regarding aging AR accounts 30/60/90 days past due, retainer payments, final payments, and payments for services. Manage bi-weekly reporting to accounting to verify all aging accounts and tower collection performance. Retrieve all invoices requested by clients to be resent for payment. Create ledgers of client pending account invoices for payment. Work with the Accounting Department to arrange any specialized client payment arrangements. Escalate all aging AR accounts from the past 90 days to the Sales Department, where three complete interactions have taken place. Complete interactions to be defined as attempts where we have established contact with a client. Requisite Qualifications Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience, including at least one year in a professional office setting. Proven expertise in telephone and email communication, coupled with a strong talent for establishing rapport with clients effectively. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience in team-based and independent work environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. International SOS is looking for qualified individuals to provide Family Advocacy Program (FAP) case management services at locations around the world for The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) which serves active duty members of the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force plus their eligible family members; active duty members of foreign military services who are stationed in the area; reserve military personnel and their family members when they are eligible for military medical care, military members designated as severely wounded, ill and injured and their identified caretakers and, on a space available basis, military retirees and their family members and widows, eligible family members of military decedents and other groups as directed and authorized by higher authorities in response to special circumstances. Key Responsibilities Provide public awareness campaigns and programs in support of National Child Abuse Prevention and National Domestic Violence Awareness Months. Ensure that family violence prevention and education programs are provided with sufficient frequency to ensure that all of the following groups are trained: Commanding Officers (COs), Executive Officers (XOs), Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Command POCs, senior enlisted personnel, IDC, service members, chaplains, childcare and youth activities staff, installation law enforcement and medical staff. Ensure that FAP awareness and prevention education briefs and workshops shall include, at a minimum, the dynamics of child and domestic abuse, reporting requirements, the FAP, victim sensitivity and support, and the importance of community coordination. Ensure that FAP information and referral, and awareness and prevention education services are entered and counted in FFSMIS. Ensure staff delivering FAP awareness and prevention education services account for all services delivered in the scheduling module in FFSMIS. All reports of alleged child and domestic abuse shall be received and assessed IAW current Navy risk assessment protocols and procedures, to include interviews of alleged offenders, victims, children, and other witnesses. Develop appropriate, risk-focused treatment and interventions for victims and perpetrators of child and domestic abuse in accordance with Navy Certification standards. Prepare information about alleged incidents of child and domestic abuse for the Family Advocacy Representative's presentation to the Incident Determination Committee (IDC) for status determination. Prepare incidents for discussion at the CCSM for designation does not meet criteria incidents, treatment planning and recommendations, periodic review and transfer and closure. Participate in site/regional quarterly quality assurance procedures to ensure that all clinical case management and intervention services provided are safe and of good quality. Document and maintain current records in the FFSMIS FAP Case Record System for all FAP case management and intervention services provided IAW current Navy requirements. Document and maintain current records in the FFSMIS FAP Restricted Reporting Record System for all clinical services provided to victims of domestic abuse who have elected restricted reporting IAW current Navy requirements. Ensure all FAP information and referral, and one-on-one consultation not resulting in FAP referral are entered and counted in FFSMIS. Ensure staff delivering FAP case management and intervention services account for all services delivered in the scheduling module in FFSMIS. This list is non-exhaustive, and the role holder may be required to undertake additional duties that are not specifically listed above. Qualifications Required Skills and Knowledge Educational qualifications include a master's in social work, Master of Science, Master of Arts, or doctoral-level degree in human service or mental health from an accredited university or college.     Full-time Description IVA'AL Solutions, LLC provides support to the Air Force (AF) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) and is responsible for staffing qualified Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Registered Nurses, Certified Victim Advocates, and Program Assistants at U.S. AF Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) across the country. The AF FAP is a Department of Defense, (DoD) funded program whose purpose is to both prevent and respond to intimate partner abuse, child abuse, and problematic sexual behavior with children and youth. Job Description: The Domestic Abuse Victim Advocate (DAVA) provides AF personnel, their family members, or intimate partners who are victims of intimate partner abuse non-clinical emergent and urgent service whenever requested. With the exception of mandatory state, federal, and military reporting requirements (i.e., domestic violence, child abuse, and duty to warn situations) the DAVA provides a private and confidential service to encourage victims in seeking assistance. Essential Functions: Provides 24/7 response to victims alleging abuse (these services are provided based on the needs of client via telephone or in-person). Establish a Victim's Safety Plan on a case-by-case basis. The victims' safety is the DAVA's top responsibility and priority. The DAVA will review the Safety Plan during each victim contact. Conduct initial and ongoing risk assessments. If imminent risk of serious harm or death is established, notify the social work supervisor, law enforcement, and Command. If children are involved, the process also includes child physical safety and emotional well-being; refer involved children to the social worker for follow-on care. Immediately report any changes in the victim's circumstances that changes or impacts the safety plan to the supervisor and/or social worker or mental health provider in charge. Advise victims of the military or civil actions available to promote safety (e.g., military order of protection, restraining order, and injunction). Offer victims information regarding their identified needs (e.g., emergency shelter, housing, childcare, legal services, clinical resources, medical services, transitional compensation). Accompany clients to appointments or court proceedings when requested by the client. Assistance with transportation is typically not provided to clients, however, after consultation with the social work supervisor and when no other reasonable means exist the DAVA may transport the victim to important appointments (i.e.: medical, court, protective actions). The DAVA cannot transport minor children unless accompanied by the parent or legal guardian and has the appropriate safety restraints in the vehicle. Establish a contact file for each victim served that contains minimal information about the allegations or nature of the incident. The primary purpose of the DAVA contact file is to maintain victim's name and contact information as well as a log of the victim contacts and nature of the contacts or service provided by the DAVA. Develop process to keep the social work supervisor and designated POC (e.g. on-call mental health provider, emergency room.) informed of DAVA's location and timelines when providing DAVA victim services. This process will include location, arrival, and departure notification. Continually evaluate the quality of the installation's coordinated community response and collaborate with base agencies to improve the system response to victims. Empower victims to be involved in plans or decisions about the safety of self and children. Collaborate and establish protocols with Security Forces Squadron (SFS), Office of Special Investigations (OSI), and Military Medical Treatment Facilities confirming. At the discretion of the Social Work Supervisor, the DAVA may also provide emotional support and information and referral services to the non-offending caregiver in a child maltreatment or youth sexual assault case. Required Education and Experience/Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited University in any of the following disciplines: Social Work; Psychology; Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling; Counseling or Behavioral Science; Criminal Justice, or related field. Must possess 2 years of experience assisting and providing advocacy services to victims of domestic violence/abuse or sexual assault. The Family Support Coordinator/Community Program and Peer Network Coordinator (CPPNC), herein referred as Coordinator(s), is responsible for comprehensive and effective coordination, development, and evaluation of programs and services that contribute directly and positively to resiliency of the assigned unit's force and families under the supervision of the Supervisory Clinical Psychologist and Site Coordinator. Responsibilities: The Coordinator shall organize and oversee peer support networks for their assigned commands. The Coordinator shall ensure that a trained team of active duty and family member peer support counselors is maintained, ensure participating peer support counselors are vetted and trained according to program standards. Coordinators shall be responsible for collecting and reporting data for the purposes of formative and outcome evaluations of peer support programs and other community-based support programs. Coordinators shall collect original data and data from secondary sources in support of program assessments. This data includes, but is not limited to focus group and/or unit meetings convened by leadership; Family Resilience Program evaluation results; trend information from behavioral health team, Chaplains, Ombudsmen, or Family Readiness Group (FRG) staff. Coordinators shall support commands at multiple levels and in multiple locations. The Coordinator shall identify and document program/service needs and evaluation data. The Coordinator shall develop and provide needs-based programming, prevention programs, and supports to service specific demographic groups and geographic locations. The Coordinator shall also have extensive knowledge of DoD resources, such as the Military OneSource, Military Family Life Counselors (MFLC), Personal Financial Counselors (PFC), and Military Crisis Line. The Coordinator shall lead and/or assist in the coordination and/or development of official processes, functions and networking opportunities for subpopulations served. Establish, maintain, and report activity of peer counseling networks for supported unit's Service members and family member spouses. Report activity using specified reporting tool and frequency identified by the Senior Program Manager, Prevention and Training Manager, or other behavioral health staff as required Conduct and/or contribute to Family Orientation, Information, Outreach and Referrals; Conduct and/or contribute to Pre- and Post-deployment Preparation, Reintegration, and Decompression Conduct and/or contribute to Family Relational Enhancement activities Conduct and/or contribute to unit level career transition programs for military members and spouses Conduct and/or contribute to Social/Family and Psychological Program implementation to include suicide prevention and cognitive agility training; Maintain awareness of and conduct or contribute to education/communication of installation and/or local community behavioral health and resiliency resources; lead, establish, and maintain local and community coalitions and collaboratives Assist with development of standard operating procedures and service provision protocols. Coordinate, with site coordinator, education and referrals regarding the benefits of brain donation for tissue research Assist site coordinator in developing relationships, and processes with MTF and local coroners for tissue donation Serve as Commander's liaison for matters related to community and family support. Communicate on behalf of the Command utilizing a variety of media/social media. Maintain awareness of emergency response protocols. Qualifications: This position requires US Citizenship and candidates MUST BE ACTIVE DUTY AND ELIGIBLE FOR THE SKILLBRIDGE PROGRAM. • Able to pass and maintain appropriate certifications and security clearances for this position. • A bachelor's degree in education, human/social services or related field or four years' experience providing social service education, or work/family life consultation or coordination services. • Must have a minimum of two years' experience coordinating social service education programs. • Shall have, or be willing to receive, specialized training on peer support counseling, community resources and referrals, suicide prevention best practices trainings, training and coordination with local resources to execute mission. • Must remain current on their knowledge of best practices and developments in areas of peer support counseling and suicide prevention, and will keep abreast of DoD, Services and community sponsored resources intended to promote the wellbeing of service members and their families.
