Eagle Ford Overview
The liquids-rich Eagle Ford tight oil trend, located in the Western Gulf Coast Basin of south Texas, represents the company's second-most prolific unconventional resource development. ConocoPhillips was one of the first companies into the liquids play, resulting in a low-cost entry into this acreage. In 2009, the company began exploring the development potential of this play and by year-end 2023 held approximately 199,000 net unconventional leasehold and mineral acres, primarily in DeWitt, Karnes and Live Oak counties.
During 2023, 123 operated wells were brought online, bringing total wells online at year-end to more than 1,700. Net production in 2023 averaged 226 MBOED.
Position Overview
If you are selected as the Mainline - Field Operator, you will be responsible for the operation of designated central facilities including but not limited to monitoring and optimizing production and cost.
This is a Safety Sensitive position.
Your responsibilities may include:
+ Follows all ConocoPhillips Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Process Safety Management (PSM) rules
+ Responsible for starting up and shutting down central facilities under normal conditions as well as under emergency conditions
+ Responsible for trouble-shooting operations problems, housekeeping and record keeping
+ Monitor central facility performance data through Cygnet
+ Gauge tanks for comparison and verification of level indications readings into the control room
+ Maintain chemical injection rates as necessary
+ Work well with all groups within the Eagle Ford Operations and 3rd party truck hauling partners
+ Handover processes and pre-startup safety review (PSSR)/commissioning of new equipment and facilities as needed
+ Assist with enforcing proper policies and procedures
+ Operating a company-provided vehicle to perform job duties
Basic/Required:
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer

TechServ is currently seeking damage assessment DRIVERS willing to respond to major weather events and federal disasters that affect our utility partners throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. The Driver position is a seasonal and/or temporary position and workers are called upon throughout the year to drive for an assigned Damage Assessor during storm events lasting anywhere from 1 day to weeks at a time and travel is required. DRIVER JOB DUTIES

Equipment Sales
Job 15 miles from Falls City
Purpose:
Sells new and used outdoor power equipment and commercial line equipment to new and existing customers in a defined sales area using company processes.
Represents the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area
Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly
Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
Knows and follows a defined sales process
Maintains assigned company vehicles and equipment
Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events
Conducts new equipment field demonstrations

In this role you will:
Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers
Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization
Receive direction from managers and exercises judgment within defined policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:
