Administer exams and issue grades objectively to reflect student performance. Maintain record book on each student to include grading and attendance. Ensure that all students are held accountable to CAU rules and regulations. Attend regularly scheduled faculty meetings as prescribed by academics administration on campus. Recommend improvements in course design, materials, equipment, and facilities that may enhance student's learning experiences and preparation for employment. Develop and implement an annual professional development plan to enhance career growth. Arrange field trips, class projects, class speakers, etc. to promote hands-on learning and exposure to professional work environments. Instruct students in laboratory safety procedures if applicable. Participate, promote and attend school functions such as graduation ceremonies and in-service workshops. Participate in academic support programs and student professional associations when possible.
