Teaches & guides all levels of bike lessons to the general public using recognized methodology accepted by PMBIA and IMBA or other recognized organizations. Assist guests with all aspects of bike rental process during lesson downtime. Performs maintenance on bikes to meet our service standards, accurately recording information and signatures to manage risk.
