We are looking for a motivated Field Expert that has experience leading our Snow Adventure trips and can provide a fresh look at segment trip elements in addition to supporting Field Experts and Leaders in the segment standards and the implementation of new initiatives.
The position is field based, paid hourly, and can be combined with a Trip Leading schedule and other TE position if workload allows. We expect this role to be around 15 hrs per month over the winter with a shift to 5 hrs per month in S/S/F.
Reports to: Melissa Williard (Schmidt) - TD Program Manager
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Snow Adventures Trip TEs
Serve as a point of contact for questions
Work with LD to update Quick Guides and help with internal messaging around Snow Adventures trip deliverables.
Help with Snow Segment Training
Help with Leader BLUE and TE BLUE content related to Snow Adventures topics
When needed, co-host segment sales seminars to give Trip Consultants a clear and accurate picture of what we deliver on Snow Adventures trips.
Serve as knowledge expert for Snow trips and Snow routes & activities.
Help solution problems and set segment goals for 2025 & 2026
Provide insight on route selection and annual audit of Snow route options to ensure we're offering safe and enjoyable routes for guests.
Monitor Snow Segment Quality
Review Snow Adventures Trip Scores monthly and provide insight to TE's and Program Manager on Snow-related quality issues.
Help monitor guest feedback for Snow trips and follow up with TEs when needed
Help with winter audit efforts
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Trip Leading experience on Snow Adventures trips required
Trip Expert experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and management capabilities, including proven feedback skills via FTR feedback on trips and co-leaders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage projects and follow through on project-related deliverables.

Trip Experts serve as our local, on-the-ground experts. They develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, propose/review trip changes and review marketing materials, contracts and costs. They collaborate with their RD and RL to make their itineraries the best they can be. A TEs main deliverables are broken into three projects: Presearch, Quality Assessment & Search, PreSeason Updates. OPX JOB DESCRIPTION
An Operations Expert's objective is to maintain and improve the quality of our regions. From the opening to the closing of the region, OpXs are responsible for facilitating a smooth and cost-effective experience for all field staff that pass through. In addition to the primary role as TPS or Trip Leader, this encompasses welcoming Field Staff entering the region, educating them on the systems created, overseeing all aspects of field house and overflow accommodations, establishing a storage space, and maintaining that space and all Backroads equipment in an organized manner. The role as an OpX is as much about working with people as it is about working with equipment - whether coordinating with the Ops team in that hub, helping field staff solve logistical issues while on trip, or collaborating with Field Staff in the region to refine systems. Part of the mission as an OpX is to work toward constantly improving the region so that Backroads can deliver incredible experiences to guests through a balance between cost of projects and quality improvements that come from them.

The primary duties of an Install Technician are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces The main responsibilities of an Install Technician involve performing retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working as part of a team, technicians remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Each system undergoes safety and performance testing, including checks for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. Customer service is a key focus. Daily tasks include handling technical aspects of the job, processing payments, providing clear and detailed information about each home and its needs, and maintaining inventory on the service truck, among other duties. Technicians also communicate with homeowners about the status of their system post-service. Paid training is provided.

ES3 offers a rewarding opportunity for a highly experienced individual with documented professional knowledge of the F-16 aircraft repair processes. As a subject matter expert, this individual will administer expertise and guidance toward the following:
Developing F-16 repair processes to perform F-16 depot level repairs and TCTO's.
Researching all relevant part numbers based on the specific Block and type version of the F-16.
Developing reliable fastener and hardware list to perform an F-16 depot level repair or modification.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Subject Matter Expert knowledge and expertise for development, marketing, and implementation of ES3 SHM applications onto United States military, FMS, and commercial customers
Provide business development coordination and guidance associated with technology transfer of ES3 innovative aerospace solutions into potential Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial customers
Capabilities:
Must have extensive knowledge of F-16 depot repairs such as Lower 341 Bulkhead replacements, main carry-through bulkhead replacements, Canopy Sill Longeron Replacements, Falcon STAR TCTO's like Lower 446 Bulkhead replacements, BL 19 longeron replacements, Upper Fuselage Skin Enhecements and Vertical Flaperon Skin Cut-Outs etc.
Must be able to build part and fastener lists based on F-16 assembly drawings and ordering all necessary hardware (bits, reamers countersinks) to perform a specific F-16 repair.
Must have the ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and F-16 tech data and drawings effectively.
Education & Experience Benchmarks:
Must have 8+ years of depot level F-16 sheet metal experience.
Must be able to review drawings and tech data on a computer and generate smooth flowing process for performing depot level repairs and put the information into PowerPoint or Word.
Additional Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship
The ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Contractor Access Card (CAC)
Travel Requirements:
May require CONUS and OCONUS travel to advise and assist technicians in performing depot level F-16 repairs.

As a Data Center Electrical Expert, you will be tasked with supporting commissioning, operations, and evaluating operations of all Electrical related systems at our Critical Facilities. You will also provide recommendations on all design elements for some of the most innovative and energy efficient data centers in the world. This position will support our mission critical and operations teams by being the liaison between design, engineering, construction, and commissioning. The candidate will need to be experienced in Low Voltage & Medium Voltage power distribution, electrical protection & controls systems, UPS and battery systems, electrical testing, applicable electrical codes and standards, and have a basic understanding of mechanical systems.
Electrical Subject Matter Expert Responsibilities:
* Serve as an onsite technical resource of electrical infrastructure systems and equipment, with an emphasis on practical field operation.
* Ensure appropriate cross-functional collaboration between local electrical team and applicable local and global teams.
* Contribute to electrical safety program for site.
* Plan resource, author or approve work procedures to cover electrical troubleshooting, repair, retrofit, and maintenance activities, with an emphasis on assessing & mitigating personnel and critical systems and operational risk.
* Conduct or oversee hands-on troubleshooting, repair, retrofit, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
* Oversee electrical system configurations and component upgrades to ensure system integrity is maintained and that all modifications to existing systems are following best practices, including change control processes.
* Provide Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) oversight of construction projects & maintenance activity.
* Lead and/or participate in root-cause analysis activities in area of expertise.
* Provide training to Critical Facility Engineers and other cross functional teams on electrical equipment, systems, procedures, and changes.
* Manage vendor relationships for electrical maintenance and retrofit work.
* Provide feedback on global electrical maintenance strategies and global electrical system design improvements.
* Travel expectations can be significant during the first 1-3 months for initial training and onboarding. After initial onboarding, travel expectations are 10-15%. and then ongoing occasional travel for factory witness tests, collaboration, training, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 7+ years relevant electrical industry experience or electrical trade level experience
* Bachelor's degree or trade certification in related field plus 3+ years relevant electrical industry experience will be considered in lieu of 7+ years relevant electrical industry experience.
* Working knowledge of critical facility operations with experience or understanding of procedure-based work
* Experience in critical environments
* Experience in comprehending electrical plans, specifications, and equipment shop drawings.
* Theoretical and practical understanding of power equipment & systems, with expertise in electrical equipment design, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and/or construction
* Experience working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
* Experience interpreting blueprints/CAD drawings
* Working knowledge of mechanical, controls, and fire and life safety systems
* Ability to understand complex technical operations environments, communicate issues and provide solutions to all levels of the organization.
* Ability to prioritize multiple assignments of opposing priorities and work them through to an effective resolution.
