    Full-time Description Strategy Subject Matter Expert (SME) Primary Work Location: Hybrid - Albuquerque, NM- Part Time on Call (PToC) Must Be a U.S. Citizen: Yes Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain Q Clearance. ________________________________________ Job Summary The Strategy SME supports the development and implementation of the NEST Standardized Training Program (NSTP) strategy, focusing on establishing processes and procedures for a formal learning organization. This role involves the development and implementation of work plans, analysis and identification of organizational requirements, and the management of full-scope academic support. The Strategy SME is responsible for task development and management, learning analysis, curriculum development, and the design and execution of academic processes and procedures. Additionally, the SME supports the creation of business practices to facilitate logical information flow, material review, program of instruction design, instructor development, and training implementation planning. Requirements Specific Responsibilities Develop and implement processes and procedures to establish a formal learning organization within the NSTP framework. Create and execute detailed work plans and schedules to meet organizational goals and timelines. Analyze and identify organizational requirements to align with strategic objectives. Manage full-scope academic support, including task development, learning analysis, and curriculum design. Design and oversee academic processes and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Develop business practices to support logical information flow, material review processes, and alignment with organizational needs. Lead the development of programs of instruction and instructional design tailored to organizational requirements. Oversee instructor development programs, ensuring alignment with the NSTP strategy. Plan and implement training programs that meet organizational, and stakeholder needs. Provide expert guidance and analysis to support the development and improvement of educational and business practices. ________________________________________ Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Organizational Development, or related discipline). Advanced degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or academic support roles. Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and learning analysis. Familiarity with NSTP strategy and associated frameworks preferred. Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage detailed work plans and schedules. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams. Proficiency in learning management systems, instructional design software, and project management tools.
