Purpose of the role
The Press SME is responsible for ensuring the internal and external customer requirements are met while driving quality and continuous improvement across District Photos's high-volume digital print processes. Acting as the technical expert, the Press SME will research, test, and validate hardware and software solutions to support business needs and ensure global scalability. This role involves optimising Press operations, improving machine availability and reliability, and sharing expertise across production sites. Hands-on involvement in press operations, collaborative training efforts, and global support are key aspects of this position. Occasional travel is required to support the global sites.
Operational Responsibilities
Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and clarity in processes.
Define and communicate performance standards (e.g., speeds, feeds, weights).
Provide practical training sessions and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance availability, throughput, and yield.
Conduct root cause analyses for deviations in Digital press processes (method, machine, material, manning).
Test and evaluate new-related solutions for internal and external customers.
Share press-specific expertise globally, including participation in international calls.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for Digital presses in the US locations.
Process & Training Responsibilities
Create clear, actionable SOPs tailored to Digital press-specific operations.
Simplify complex technical content for easier comprehension by various teams.
Define evaluation methods to assess Press-related technical performance (e.g., hands-on tests, written assessments).
Translate operational objectives into measurable performance metrics.
Enhance skillsets of team members through effective training programs and maintain personal development as the SME expert.
Engineering & Technical Responsibilities
Review and optimise Preventative Maintenance schedules to maximise Digital Press equipment availability.
Standardise maintenance and repair methods for the Digital Press systems to ensure consistent quality.
Recommend and prioritise training needs to enhance Digital Press system expertise across teams.
Collaborate with Planning & Solutions teams on the introduction of new Digital Press equipment and processes.
Recommend and maintain uptime kits to improve Digital Press performance.
Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, including maintaining proper housekeeping standards.
Maintain detailed maintenance and repair logs specific to Digital Press systems.
Propose and implement technology upgrades related to Digital Press equipment.
Collaborate with Production Managers to drive overall business success and operational efficiency.
Promote teamwork and knowledge sharing within the DPI framework, with a focus on Digital Press technologies.

Job Overview
Chugach is seeking a Subject Matter Expert IV (Technical Project Manager) to support the US Coast Guard IT Services team and provide day-to-day IT program support to NIWC. The position requires an experienced Technical Project Manager expert to support the project. Occasional travel may be required.
Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00
Work Model: Onsite/In-Office
Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Plan and implement enterprise level IT projects. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
* Assist in defining project scope, objectives and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
* Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress and deliverables. Share project plans with stakeholders, while taking ownership of updating and improving tracking mechanisms.
* Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
* Promote and maintain communication between the project team and project sponsor, and other relevant stakeholders.
* Propose and manage new mechanisms to improve project workflow efficiencies, and proactively identify points of weakness and inefficiency working with project leads to identify solutions.
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report project progress as well as problems and solutions to stakeholders and escalate as needed.
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Track project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-range goals. Identify delays and propose solutions to prevent future delays, while improving overall delivery schedule.
* Continuously improve the project management toolkits and methodologies used. Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
* Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs. Evaluate and assess results of completed projects.
* Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on various analysis.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through project debrief with clients.
* Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork.
* Proven work experience in enterprise level IT project management involving developing project plans, task tracking, coaching, leading teams, process improvement, planning, and performance management.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Mandatory
* U.S. Citizenship.
* BS Degree in Business or engineering.
* Five (5) years of relevant work experience as a Technical Project Manager.
* Two (2) years of business analyst experience.
* Four (4) years of DoD Experience.
* CAPM Certification.
* Ability to obtain and maintain SECRET Security Clearance.
* Must be able to successfully pass a pre-hire background check and drug test.

For the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence, Intelligence and Security Branch, (OUSDI(I&S), Operational Support and International Partnerships , our team is seeking candidates with regional understanding, policy knowledge and expertise supporting DOD programs involving foreign intelligence relationships. Individuals in this role will serve as foreign relationships facilitator for O&IP leadership, to promote partnerships. Individuals interested in this position must be equipped to work effectively and comfortably in fast-paced, ambiguous, high visibility and unstructured operating environments.
Primary Duties
Support senior leadership to promote and strengthen relations with regional partner by coordinating and conducting planning and sharing meeting with these partners and the staff and leadership of OUSD(I&S)
Coordinate with stakeholders across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE), DoD, Intelligence Committee (IC), and Country Teams on Asia/ Indo-Pacific issues.
Synchronize Asia/ Indo-Pacific related engagements and efforts by leveraging C&PE mechanisms such as Action Plans or Defense Intelligence Partner Engagement Boards
Prepare staff packages, read-aheads, and other materials on a variety of Asia/ Indo-Pacific partner topics for DoD official visits with foreign dignitaries.
Draft OUSD(I&S) responses to Executive Branch and Congressional inquiries
Coordinate information across COCOMs and OSD organizations in support of OUSD(I&S), Deputy Director of Intelligence and C&PE Director meetings with foreign partners.
Correspond and maintain relationships with defense attaché offices staff
Coordinate travel, meetings, and partner engagements for OUSD (I&S) Senior Officials
Coordinate with partner nations liaison officers in advance of foreign dignitary meetings
Facilitate necessary administrative and protocol logistics to ensure foreign partners have proper hosting, access and handling on visits to the Pentagon
Qualification and Education Requirements
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance - Required
3 years experience working national, DoD, and IC policies and procedures, foreign relations or Regional Desk Officer like duties - Highly Desired.
Demonstrated knowledge in foreign affairs and foreign intelligence relationships. - Highly Desired.
Experience in preparing and coordinating read-aheads, staff packages, briefings, and other materials for senior DoD leadership decision and awareness. - Highly Desired.

Senior Messaging & AD Consultant with engineering with 10-15 Years.
Extensive and Advanced knowledge of messaging, MS Exchange, Active Directory, LDAP, wireless systems and large enterprise systems development methodologies.
Messaging and Directory Services Subject Matter Expert (SME) position requires in-depth knowledge of Microsoft-based infrastructure design and development, messaging and directory services best-practices and advanced knowledge of systems engineering, operations and management. The consultant should have architect level experience planning, documenting, installing, managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting high-availability Exchange Server 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013 environments. Active Directory for Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, a wide range of wireless messaging technologies and advanced knowledge of messaging security and hygiene.
Detailed responsibilities include:
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Messaging Systems. Hosted applications include but are not limited to, Microsoft Exchange servers, Windows 2012 / 2012R2 and 2008 R2 domain controllers, DNS servers, ADFS servers, and Azure AD Connect servers.
• Lead messaging projects, software upgrades, architecture changes and implementation of new components within the environment.
• Develop procedures for routine Exchange server maintenance tasks such as realigning Exchange database copies within DAGs, moving mailboxes, etc.
• Troubleshoot Messaging Server issues, working in collaboration with other relevant IT areas and vendor support towards a quick and effective resolution.
• Develop Office 365 migration strategy for on-prem Exchange servers to Exchange online.
• Responsible for monitoring and resolving Service Desk escalated incident and problem tickets assigned to the Exchange team. All incidents should be worked to service level targets and resolutions documented in call detail.
• Monitor performance levels and capacity of supported applications, and assist in proper capacity planning and management.
• On-Call rotation required
• Engage with tools team to ensure proper monitoring of all supported Messaging Applications.
• Engage in Messaging Engineering activities as required, such as developing build documents, testing configurations and patches, and planning deployments.
• Support the AD consolidation project, which consists of migrating multiple child domains and disparate AD forests into the Enterprise Active Directory Forest.
• Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory and third party migration products for the duration of the project.
• Develop and enhance PowerShell scripts as needed.
