DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: SIEM infrastructure engineering, implementation and management. Ensure compliance with DISA STIG/SRG standards for CSSP related systems. Develop data integration strategies to enhance threat detection and response capabilities. Normalize data from sensors and log sources for use within data centric ecosystem. Implement log forwarding and maintain data pipelines ensuring continuous delivery as per customer requirements. Maintain documentation and automation scripts for system management. Manage hardware and software upgrades for CSSP systems. Engineer solutions to fulfill CSSP requirements of customer. Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical system issues. Provide technical support and develop Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for tactical edge customers using security sensors and applications. Ensure compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Security Requirements Guides (SRG) standards. Annually review and update disaster recovery, backup, and COOP plans as well as related documentation. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Qualified under DoD 8140 (Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support Specialist (651) with either Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science adjacent discipline or certified in lieu of education: FITSP-D, GDSA, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, CSSLP, or GSEC or Advanced Level Certifications. Secondary required certification: Confluent, Elastic, RHEL, CentOS certification. This position is accountable for providing marine project leadership and direction to Orion Marine Contractors. The incumbent reports to the Project Manager and directs field activities through the General Foremen and/or Foremen who report to this position. Typically, this individual will work closely with the Project Manager, Project Superintendent, General Foremen, Barge Foremen, Project (Field) Engineer, Safety Director, Boat Captain, Crane Operators, Pile Drivers, Welders, Carpenters, and other skilled or semi-skilled craft workers on the job site. The incumbent must support the guiding beliefs and core values of Orion, which are centered on Quality, Safety and Production (each of equal weight and importance) but, most importantly, with each built upon the all-important foundation of Integrity. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES * Works closely with the Project Manager to gather information on scope of work and obtains the necessary permits prior to beginning actual welding project. * Coordinates project objectives and plans with General Foremen and/or Foremen, and subcontractors as may be required, prior to actual construction. * Works with members of the project team to secure the equipment necessary for the project to be completed. * Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in welding and cutting of products and structures. * Shares knowledge of welding techniques, materials, equipment and fabrication to subordinates. * Reviews the job schedule and cost breakdown and meets with the Project Manager to gain a complete understanding of potential challenges and problems prior to beginning the job. * Maintains good working relationship with the Project Manager seeking his/her assistance in the scheduling of materials, equipment and subcontractors. * Maintains inventory control over tools and equipment making sure that movable tools are returned to the tool room and all other equipment adequately stored. * Works with the General Foremen and/or Foremen to ensure that safety barricades and signs are in the proper place, as may be required by the job. * Troubleshoots and problem solves as required on construction welding issues and problems that arise. * Ensures that all change orders are properly executed as directed by the Project Manager or Project Superintendent. * Meets regularly with General Foremen and/or Foremen to make certain that construction project deadlines are being met and that project work is completed on time. * Inspects the project work for quality of workmanship to ensure that Company standards and government regulations are met. * Attends the weekly Project Manager meetings to discuss job progress and any problems that are currently being encountered. * Monitors project work expenditures versus projected costs for materials and supplies that are purchased and that project expenditures are under budget. * Performs periodic inspections of the jobsites to ensure that standardized construction procedures are followed. * Meets regularly with Safety to ensure that all safety equipment and first aid items are present at the jobsite in case of emergency. * Meets with and assists inspectors or auditors on their scheduled or unscheduled visits to the jobsite. * Sees to it that good housekeeping practices are observed and maintained, and that any potential safety hazard is corrected. * Ensures that the project site is secured after work hours each and that appropriate security measures are in place. * Ensures that new employees receive safety training and as required, job specific training prior to beginning their field assignments. * Updates the Project Manager regularly on estimated percent completion on each phase of the project. * Works closely with the Project Superintendent, Barge Foreman, Crane Operators, Welders, and other skilled and semi-skilled craft workers to complete current projects in a safe and environmentally sound manner. * Possesses the qualifications and physical ability to drive regular passenger vehicles to visit work locations and job sites. * Participates in Safety and Environmental initiatives that will contribute to compliance of State/Federal regulations and improve existing Company programs. Position Requirements: A minimum of ten (10) years marine construction experience on work barges or jobsites or equivalent experience in a marine construction supervisory capacity is required. Incumbents must be well-versed in receiving and handling of equipment used for marine operations. In addition, incumbents must have knowledge of the integration of various crafts to successfully perform their work. Craft knowledge should include pile driving, crane operations, welding, carpentry, sandblasting, pipefitting and related areas. Incumbents should also possess previous supervisory experience and be certified in First Aid and CPR. The incumbent must also 1) be well organized to effectively oversee all aspects of the project, 2) be able to hold Foreman and their crews accountable for safe work practices and work performance excellence, 3) have the foresight to avoid potential problems before they arise, 4) have a conscientious attitude towards controlling job costs and adhering to project schedules, 5) be able to influence and motivate Foreman and their work crews, and 6) possess excellent communication skills. Job Description General Job Duties For All Store Team Members * Operate all equipment. * Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. * Prepare product. * Receive and process telephone orders. * Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. * Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards as well as access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings. Additional Information PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, including, but not limited to the following: Standing Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48". Walking For short distances for short durations Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location. Sitting Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table Lifting Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high. Carrying Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store. Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray. During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties. Pushing To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled. Climbing Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required. Stooping/Bending Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/Squatting Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas. Reaching Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones. Driving Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area. A Team Member may make several deliveries per shift. Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids Team Members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel. Driving Specific Job Duties Deliver product by car and then to door of customer. Deliver flyers and door hangers. Requires Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
