The Paint Line Expert is responsible for overseeing the painting and coating processes in the manufacturing plant, ensuring high-quality finishes on products while maintaining efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. The position is to be part of a dynamic team that provides program management services, scientific services, engineering services, logistics services, financial services, and ancillary services in support of the U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO), including the Directed Energy Project Office (DEPO), Advanced Concepts and Critical Technologies (ACCT) Project Office, Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Information Dominance (CEID) [formerly known as Computing and Electronics Security Dominance (CESD)) Project Office, Rapid Acquisition Prototyping Project Office (RAPPO), Counter-small Unmanned Aerial Systems Project Office (C-sUAS), Multi-Domain Artillery Cannon System Project Office (MDACS PO), Joint Program Executive Office Guam Defense System (JPEO GDS) and any other project offices stood up for the RCCTO missions. The services and support are intended to maximize the operational capability and efficiency of RCCTO by providing personnel with the necessary skill levels and expertise to support the Government in the execution of rapid prototyping and delivering residual combat capabilities that address immediate, near-term, and mid-term threats faced by Army operational units.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants.
* Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs.
* Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
* Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
* Provides consultation on defining a need or problem.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Recognized industry leader with familiarity in the fields of air & missile defense to include command & control, sensors, and effectors.
* Master's degree
* SECRET Clearance
