* Establish and/or maintain key relationships with technology partners in Industry, Government, and Academia
* Assist with generating and maintaining security documentation such as System Security Plans (SSP), Backup and Recovery Plans, Contingency Plans, and System Security Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to ensure compliance with government security policies and procedures.
* Facilitate the proper maintenance of repositories for all system accreditation/authorization documentation.

Basic Qualifications:
* Masters Degree
* 20 or more years of experience in Special Operations, with experience at the JSOC Communications Unit (JCU) and JSOC J6 desired.
* 10 or more years of relevant experience as a technology integrator.
* 10 or more years in the Department of Defense supporting SOF communications or related duties.
* Familiarity with network hardware like routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
* Knowledge of SOF-peculiar networks, equipment, infrastructure, and architecture and how the SOF Enterprise employs communications capabilities to support operations.
* Experience monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving issues, performing routine maintenance tasks on network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls.

The CEM SME shall participate in the exploitation and analysis of CEM related documents and media. Intelligence SMEs shall possess SME-level skill-sets in the specific intelligence disciplines with demonstrated experience and results to include knowledge of training requirements, mission requirements, with the ability to communicate accurately and effectively with USSOCOM senior leadership and customers. Qualifications
Captured Enemy Material Subject Matter Expert (CEM SME) shall possess the following qualifications:
The CEM SME shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing analytical intelligence related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent Inter-Agency (IA) operational community.
The CEM SME shall have not less than five (5) years of operational analysis in their analytical field. Two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations, and combat overseas tours with a Special Missions Unit (SMU) and SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.
The CEM SME shall have advanced skill-sets with the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze and Disseminate (F3EAD) targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.
The CEM SME shall have advanced skill-sets with the Intelligence Cycle, High Value Individuals (HVI) Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis, Sensitive Sit Exploitation (SSE) and data-at-rest.
The CEM SME shall have employed their expert knowledge and understanding of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies and relevant skills related to intelligence operations.
The CEM SME shall have expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to targeting.
Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
