JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, responsible for preventive and/or demand maintenance and repair of the hybrid fiber coax network (HFC) including all of its associated equipment in accordance with the company's Engineering Standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
May perform any or all of the following duties of the Broadband Rep/Associate/Specialist/Professional (BT-I, II and III and IV)
Troubleshoot and repair basic distribution problems associated with RF, AC, DC portions of the forward and reverse plant
Troubleshoot and repair basic problems associated with the optical portion of the forward and return plant
Perform routine node optimization, balancing, aligning, and adjustment of components and equipment used to amplify and process signals
On a regular basis test all HFC network components using test equipment including but not limited to signal level meters, volt-ohm meters, spectrum analyzers, optical power meter, leakage detector, OTDR and other related test equipment. Record and update documentation, compare findings in the field with existing documentation and adjust and repair accordingly
Perform routine maintenance on standby power supplies in accordance with the preventative maintenance program and update all associated documentation
Monitor, record, and repair signal leakage
Comply with regulatory requirements. Compile data for inclusion in FCC and other regulatory reports Maintain accurate records including time worked, daily logs, gas sheets, as required; properly record all required information on data devices and/or work orders, surveys, referrals, etc.
Operate communications device in accordance with company policies
Communicate with appropriate departments to update progress during outage restoration and maintenance activities
Operate Company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner. Clean, maintain, stock and secure assigned vehicle and equipment, in accordance with company policies

What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities include:
• Serve as the F-35 Training SME for the newly assigned aircraft maintenance crews.

Position Purpose
Directly responsible for the completion of customers' requests, queries and orders received for Custom Food Packaging equipment. Leads and manages the application of any contracts established between SEE and the Customer ensuring that cross-departmental/inter-divisional processes are monitored and adjusted if necessary. Under general supervision, responsible for preventive and/or demand maintenance and repair of the hybrid fiber coax network (HFC) including all of its associated equipment in accordance with the company's Engineering Standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
May perform any or all of the following duties of the Broadband Rep/Associate/Specialist/Professional (BT-I, II and III and IV)
Troubleshoot and repair basic distribution problems associated with RF, AC, DC portions of the forward and reverse plant
Troubleshoot and repair basic problems associated with the optical portion of the forward and return plant
Perform routine node optimization, balancing, aligning, and adjustment of components and equipment used to amplify and process signals
On a regular basis test all HFC network components using test equipment including but not limited to signal level meters, volt-ohm meters, spectrum analyzers, optical power meter, leakage detector, OTDR and other related test equipment. Record and update documentation, compare findings in the field with existing documentation and adjust and repair accordingly
Perform routine maintenance on standby power supplies in accordance with the preventative maintenance program and update all associated documentation
Monitor, record, and repair signal leakage
Comply with regulatory requirements. Compile data for inclusion in FCC and other regulatory reports Maintain accurate records including time worked, daily logs, gas sheets, as required; properly record all required information on data devices and/or work orders, surveys, referrals, etc.
Operate communications device in accordance with company policies

GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Arch Expert (AE) is responsible for maximizing sales in the Benefit brand by engaging guests to determine their individual needs, assisting guests in the selection and purchase of merchandise and performing short services, including eyebrow/facial waxing and tinting. The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, responsible for preventive and/or demand maintenance and repair of the hybrid fiber coax network (HFC) including all of its associated equipment in accordance with the company's Engineering Standards. Perform maintenance while providing technical support for the Broadband Technicians (BT) on resolution of service related problems. On-call rotation required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
May perform any or all of the following duties of the Broadband Rep/Associate/Specialist/Professional (BT-I, II and III and IV)
Troubleshoot and repair basic distribution problems associated with RF, AC, DC portions of the forward and reverse plant
Troubleshoot and repair basic problems associated with the optical portion of the forward and return plant
Perform routine node optimization, balancing, aligning, and adjustment of components and equipment used to amplify and process signals
On a regular basis test all HFC network components using test equipment including but not limited to signal level meters, volt-ohm meters, spectrum analyzers, optical power meter, leakage detector, OTDR and other related test equipment. Record and update documentation, compare findings in the field with existing documentation and adjust and repair accordingly
Perform routine maintenance on standby power supplies in accordance with the preventative maintenance program and update all associated documentation
Monitor, record, and repair signal leakage
Comply with regulatory requirements. Compile data for inclusion in FCC and other regulatory reports Maintain accurate records including time worked, daily logs, gas sheets, as required; properly record all required information on data devices and/or work orders, surveys, referrals, etc.
Operate communications device in accordance with company policies
Communicate with appropriate departments to update progress during outage restoration and maintenance activities
Operate Company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner. Clean, maintain, stock and secure assigned vehicle and equipment, in accordance with company policies

Job Description
The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. Sleep Experts will execute the Mattress Firm selling programs and support a seamless omni-channel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.
Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships
Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers, serve as subject matter expert
Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives
Execute current visual merchandising and POP standards
Adhere to company merchandising and marketing programs to standard
Follow company policy and execute company standards on appearance and functionality
Maintain customer relationships during and post-purchase (e.g., resolving issues, deliver reminders, resolving concerns etc.)
Seek and accept constructive feedback for continuous personal, professional and performance development
Continue to develop skills, competencies, product knowledge through assigned course work, training and other company led activities
Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements and services offered, develop strategies to counter
Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales
Ensure timely open and closing procedures
Follow all Company procedures on cash handling including acceptance of payment and deposit processes
Ability to push and pull and lift up to 50 pounds to assist customers with load outs and in store purchases
Adhere to all sales processing policies to ensure the proper creation and execution of customer invoicing
Professional communication and representation of company brand in all internal and external interactions
Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe work environment for all
Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts
Follow all Company policies and execute company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation
Communicates any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations

The Wireless Sales Expert position will be working with America's #1 pre-paid wireless service provider. The role is geared towards increasing product sales and knowledge at assigned events in national retail chains. The Wireless Sales Expert is responsible for selling, training, marketing, promoting, advertising and demonstrating client products to consumers through in-store interactive activities.
Essential Functions:
• Gains and maintains a sound knowledge of specific client products
• Professionally represents MarketSource and it clients at all times
• Performing in-store product demonstrations at assigned events.
• Responding to store customers and in-store sales staff questions regarding client specific products
• Providing superior customer service (retail sales experience a plus)
• Gaining and maintaining a sound knowledge of specific client products

Sales:
