General Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years hands-on specialized Radio Frequency Communication Systems experience and demonstrate In-Service sustainment engineering functions (e.g. design, development, evaluation, testing, and maintenance) of electronic equipment and systems experience in Navy GBS or another Shipboard Communication Systems Program. Must be able to distinguish between different colors, possess manual dexterity to complete fine motor tasks, stand for extended periods of time, and lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs. Performs system operational checks and setup of simulations in support USCG ISCTS maintenance classes; ensures operational availability during scheduled classes.
