POSITION OBJECTIVE

Salary Range: $52k per Year (Based on Experience)
Manage conflict resolution for drivers on their daily and weekly assignments
Generate communication regarding the status of active deliveries between drivers, customers, and members of Aim Management team
Communicate staffing needs on driver coverage plan, and manage driver call off events
Report driver discipline issues to department manager and corporate HR. Resolve customer complaints and keep accurate notes to file on all account staff.
Basic load board/dispatch functions
Assist in implementation of new department processes
Apply basic knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
Support for unsupervised accounts as needed
Full Time
Minimum 2 years' experience in the trucking industry, routing, and basic dispatch techniques
Knowledge if DOT and HOS regulations helpful
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Summary DescriptionAs part of the Stadium Operations team, the Coordinator of Stadium Operations will assist with day-to-day stadium operations, event/ game day set up and tear down and room conversions for daily events at Huntington Bank Field.
Stadium Asset Management
Lead gameday and special event set-up and breakdown.
Lead, assign tasks and motivate 10+ members of Part-Time Operations Crew
Set up and break down materials including, but not limited to tables, linens, chairs, portable and/or temporary kiosks and booths, entry gate materials, promotional items, and portable signage.
Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment
Manage ADA chair inventory, distribution, and placement.
Assist with setting up stadium gates for games and large events.
Set Up tents, barricades, stanchions, and metal detection devices, as necessary.
Perform semiannual inventory and working inspection of office equipment, TVs and frequently moved furniture including but not limited to tables and chairs. Replace pieces as appropriate.
Manage field seat covers and the process of placing on and off as well as upkeep.
Operations Crew Management
Supervise all activities as they relate to the event/game day Operations PT Staff.
Recruit, screen, hire, train and supervise the activities of Ops Crew staff.
Develop and implement effective standard operating procedures for use by staff.
With the guidance of Director of Stadium Operations, determine workforce needs and schedule accordingly.
Set expectations and effectively motivate staff.
Maintain accurate payroll records and coordinate with Payroll department.
Regularly review payroll and expenses with Director to ensure budget is followed.
Maintain accurate personnel records and coordinate with Human Resources department.
Coordinate with the Director of Stadium Operations to implement training programs for the Operations PT staff.
Constantly evaluate Operations PT Staff performance, training programs execution, communication and service to all guests on event day.
General
If needed, be MOD for 10% of special events.
Possess a working knowledge of Stadium incident and maintenance tracking software.
Assist with basic fan, partner and vendor customer service on game/ event days.
Collaborate closely with on-site Third-Party partners including security, custodial, food service and merchandise.
Assist Stadium Operations and Loading Dock Coordinator as appropriate and necessary.
Other duties as assigned by Stadium Operations Director
Physical set up of spaces for events and training.
Assist Stadium Operations with implementing and executing snow removal process (as necessary).
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to legally operate a passenger vehicle, golf cart, snow removal vehicle/equipment, Bobcat type vehicle and forklift. (Training and certification can be completed once hired)
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and make quick and decisive decisions with confidence.
Familiarity with payroll and scheduling systems
Clear understanding of all department and company policies and procedures
Clear understanding of individual staff responsibilities within the department
Basic computer skills specifically including Microsoft Office and industry standard software.
Basic understanding of standard office equipment including AV equipment, smartphones, and photocopiers
Effectively, and professionally interact with staff, supervisors, fellow departments, contractors, and fans/guests.
Obtain and maintain a valid Ohio Drivers License
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs and ramps during entire shift (8 - 12 hours)
Ability to lift, carry, and transport large boxes and items more than 50 lbs.
Availability to work long and irregular hours including nights, weekends, holidays, NFL games and special events including but not limited to soccer, football, concerts, and private events.
