Accountability
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Drive growth and pipeline through setting up sales qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Track and manage the lead process via the Evolving Solutions Sales and Marketing Hubs (CRM)
Connect with prospects via cold calls, social media, events, and email nurture campaigns.
Learn and promote Evolving Solutions go-to-marketing message to prospective clients.
Understand Evolving Solutions' partner strategy and associated products/solutions/services.
Obtain necessary partner certification to undertake the BDR role, as required
Develop and understanding of all Evolving Solutions business processes associated with sales.
Quoting and ordering
New client onboarding
Meet business development metrics.
Outcomes and desired results
Qualify marketing and sales leads to build a strong sales pipeline and ensure a steady flow of prospects for the sales team.
Conduct initial outreach (email, phone, social media) to prospective clients that lead to an initial meeting. This includes scheduling discovery calls, demos, or meetings for the sales team.
Deliver well-qualified leads to the sales team to increase the chance of successful lead to opportunity conversion.
Work closely with sales and marketing to align strategies and refine outreach approaches.
Accurately document, manage and report leads in CRM systems
Undertake continuing education for skill development.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field. One to three years of relevant experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM tools, Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
A team player with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
