ETS Laboratories is seeking a new member of our Sample Reception and Logistics team. This team helps supports the rest of the laboratory and is essential to the overall success of the lab. Sample Logistics is fast-paced and high-throughput just like the rest of our laboratory in St. Helena, CA.
What you'll do:
Although we've grown to five locations, we are still a small family-owned business. You'll be joining a small but efficient team in St. Helena that is responsible for support functions within the Sample Logistics area of our fast-paced, high-throughput production laboratory.
Sample Reception and Logistics team members are focused & extremely detail oriented and able to perform under pressure with calm confidence, speed and accuracy. They demonstrate superior organizational skills that come with accessioning and data entry experience.
You will develop an understanding of how all the functions of sample logistics and processing fit together and affect the workflow through the laboratory, as well as learning and adhering to ISO 17025 quality standards and procedures.
You should share our focus and commitment to continuous quality, innovation, and learning to help drive future development and deliver greater value to our clients and support them as they make the world's finest wines. No experience in the wine industry is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage receiving of sample shipments, inspecting for damage, discrepancies, or shortages, and tracking intra-laboratory sample transfers.
Sample triage and preparation, verification of sample requirements, and identification of discrepancies or errors in submission information.
Accurate data entry of samples and test requisitions into the lab management system.
Maintain sample integrity while barcoding and preparing samples for analysis, following specific standard operating procedures.
Organize and maintain sample storage, performing daily checks and disposals using established protocols.
Handle client records and data according to strict privacy and confidentiality policies.
Perform other laboratory support duties as required.
Requirements

Job Title: Warehouse Specialist
Salary Range: $21.78 / hourly; plus, bonus eligibility
Summary: Perform the warehouse duties that facilitate inventory controls and material handling procedures from inbound receipt through replenishment and supply to the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and put away inbound inventory shipments. Ensure delivery trucks are locked into the dock locks for safety. Ensure drivers follow dock safety protocols.
• Verify carton / pallet counts and sign delivery documents. Operate a sit-down forklift or pallet jack to unload trucks and containers.
• Breakdown and sort shipments by SKU and PO. Assemble stable pallet loads for In-Rack storage. Operate a swing reach lift from hi bay locations to complete the put away process using a computerized RF scanning device.
• Operate an order picker from hi bay locations to pull pallets, cases or pieces throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Deliver parts to the various drop zones. Use a computerized RF scanning device. Apply appropriate labels as needed.
• Operate an order picker or a swing reach to pull case and pallet loads for replenishment to the active and dynamic picking zones.
• Execute the required replenishment transactions using a computerized RF scanning device.
• Maintain the utilization of storage space requirements that support appropriate supply levels into the manufacturing process.
• Perform daily cycle counts as required. Assist the effort to research and resolve any discrepancies.
• Support the strategic inventory slotting and consolidation efforts that achieve optimized picking operations throughout the product life cycle.
• Ensure the accuracy of the inventory and report all exceptions and related concerns to a lead, supervisor or manager.
• Obtain and maintain a valid lift truck certification. Know and follow all related safety protocols including inspections.
• Operate all lift trucks and automated pallet wrapper. Operate basic material handling equipment including pallet jacks, RF scanners, dock locks, load levelers, manual pallet wrappers, material handling carts and racks, tape guns and safety cutting tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Support other tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year general warehouse experience is required. Previous RF scanning and computer literacy are required. Previous experience as a forklift operator is preferred, but not required. Experience / certification with inventory control is a plus.
• Must wear steel toe safety shoes and PPE as required.
• Standing and walking up to 100% of the work shift. Operate a lift truck from elevated heights up to 20 feet. Capable to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Working environment is consistent with a typical warehouse climate. Frequent lifting, grasping and pushing. Occasional use of a rolling platform ladder.
• Generally available to work overtime, including Saturdays. No written warnings in the last 12 months. Minimum of 3 months from last awarded job bid.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hit revenue targets: Strategic Account Representatives are responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue shipment goals for their assigned accounts. They partner with each customer's leadership to fully support sales/in-store strategies.
Manage customer PO book: Responsible for tracking and managing purchase orders (POs) for their assigned accounts. This includes ensuring that POs are accurate, timely, processed, and shipped promptly, with supply challenges and backorders communicated to the customer.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Performance Fitter is responsible for conducting product fitting days, facilitating a great customer experience for a product demo and fitting day from start to finish, and building enthusiasm for our Company's products. The role also requires setting up and taking down marketing and product displays at each event.
Incumbent may work an event with the Outside Sales Representative (“OSR”) present or independently as directed by the OSR. The Performance Fitter will educate consumers on Callaway Golf and Odyssey products' features, advantages, and benefits at customer-sponsored events. This is a part-time and seasonal position with a varied schedule. Must be available to work scheduled weekdays, including weekends during the golf season in the assigned territory. The typical event day is 5-6 hours on a Saturday or Sunday.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFitting Day Events
Support the goals of the Customer's event and deliver an outstanding consumer experience.
Set up and take down all displays and equipment and ensure each event is uniform in setting up per Callaway's Product Fitting protocol and for the fitting process.
Ensure that fitting carts, tents, wind blades, and table skirts are present, presentable, and up to date at each event.
Inventory and update Fit Cart.
Effectively communicate the advantages of the full line of Callaway Golf products to consumers.

Run and train on Odyssey Fits Tool and apply selling techniques.

Preferred to have a vehicle large enough to carry 15-20 golf bags and display tents. An SUV or Minivan is preferred
Frequent travel within the territory and occasional travel to surrounding territories are required.
Occasional travel outside of territory to events and trade shows.
May be asked to drive a Company vehicle or pull a Company trailer.
Pay range - $16.50 - $18.50 per hour

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Salary Range: $105,000 - $132,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility
Summary: Promote continuous improvement of Research & Development data management by supporting the creation and maintenance of customized Research & Development software applications. Works under limited supervision.
Responsibilities:
Develops software applications specific to the needs of Research and Development (R&D). Applications include: R&D lab measurement data archiving, reporting, visualization, and comparisons.
Research team Finite Element Analysis data archiving, tabular and 3D result evaluation.
Tour department measurement data storage, reporting, and graphical comparison.
Creates novel algorithms and data storage methods as required for areas like transfer speed, calculation time, big data analysis, machine learning, and AI implementation.
Collaborates with R&D associates to understand software application needs and prioritize order of implementation.
Conducts information gathering sessions to document business requirements, user requirements, and functional requirements in the form of user stories and/or use cases where appropriate.
Creates Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams to help visualize requirements.
Maintains R&D software applications currently in use. Records, prioritizes, and resolves bugs and errors reported by end-users.
Performs code updates for dependent frameworks like angular and .NET to prevent security vulnerabilities.
Performs code reviews with team members to maintain code quality and produce syntactically consistent code among all applications.
Creates and runs unit tests for R&D applications as part of a test-driven development strategy, where appropriate.
Instructs others how to use R&D applications. Creates simple documentation and/or videos to show end-users how application features work, offers one-on-one technical support for end-users, and performs small-group training for major releases of applications.
Coordinates with legal department to pursue patent or trade secret opportunities for novel software applications and/or algorithms.
Evaluates emerging software technologies for use in future R&D applications. Reports to team members on findings of applicable new software technologies for data management and data analysis. Performs simple concept evaluations of new technologies when appropriate.
Qualifications:
BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience directly supporting software applications in a software engineer capacity.
Ability to merge business processes and technical concepts together as innovative software solutions. Proficient interaction with associates from multiple disciplines, departments, and various levels in an organization.
Proficient with software development, system integrations, and ability to solve highly complex technical problems.
Ability to manage moderate to large software application projects. Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements. Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that arise in software code and propose plans for resolution.
Proficient with creating and documenting software prerequisites including Problem-Definition, Requirements, and Architecture.
Intermediate understanding and use of software development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, etc.), modeling techniques, such as prototyping (paper, mockup, proof of concept, throwaway code, evolutionary code), wireframe diagramming, and UML diagramming.
Experience creating a positive work environment and ability to build strong relationships within the company and with external partners.
Intermediate ability to communicate complex concepts both verbally and in written form. Experience with 3D graphics development (DirectX, OpenGL, or WebGL).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Intermediate proficiency testing software (unit and performance) and associated end-to-end processes, as well as developing test plans to test software code.
Experience with SQL databases (SQLite, SQL Server, stored procedures, views, functions). Experience using and developing APIs (SOAP, REST, data formats like XML and JSON).
High level of proficiency with object-oriented programming (C#, C++, Java, etc.). Experience with asynchronous and parallel programming (background workers, CUDA, etc.).
Experience presenting both formally in a group setting and informally with 1:1 interaction with end users. Experience programming with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, angular, TypeScript and Node.js.
Excellent prioritization, project management and organizational skills. Experience with programmatically interfacing with cloud storage solutions like AWS S3 and box.com. Proficiency in the design, development and deployment of enterprise-level N-tier applications.
