Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field (or equivalent years' experience). Experience: 8+ years of experience in construction estimation required. Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain estimates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
