The ideal candidate will manage scopes of work from initial bid, preliminary design, proposal documents, permitting and coordination with AHJs, issuing subcontracts, and provide input on civil site management. Other responsibilities will include reading and interpreting topography and grading plans, drainage, and erosion control plans, and evaluating civil subcontractor quotes. This role will partner with internal customer groups: Project Construction team, Estimating, Engineering, Purchasing, and Electrical Project Management to bid and execute on all projects, and will report to the Director. **ABOUT YOU** You bring at least three years of experience in heavy civil design-build construction and estimating, preferably in large utility scale renewable energy projects. Your skillset includes the ability to interpret geotechnical reports, hydrology studies, surveys, topography maps, drawing plan sets, etc. and utilize software tools to provide quantities of civil earthwork such as cut/fill grading, road sections, trench profiles, drainage features, and more.
