Monitors soil moisture levels and manages daily irrigation practices and scheduling to ensure optimal levels of soil moisture for playability and turf health.
Supervise the planting, care, and maintenance of all turf on the course and practice areas.
Supervises the operation, repair and upkeep of the maintenance shop, course maintenance equipment.
Hire, train, schedule, and develop the maintenance staff per the established budget.
Must be willing to participate in continuing education opportunities.
Other duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Corporate Office.
Education and/or Work Experience Required: Two-year certificate, or four-year degree in Turf Management, Horticulture, Plant Sciences, Agronomy of closely related field, OR extensive experience in Golf Course Maintenance.
Must possess or have ability to obtain MDA pesticide applicators license within 60 days of employment.
Valid Driver's License
Salary: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 depending on experience.

Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill Seasonal Lifeguardpositions at Lake Minnetonka Regional Park in Minnetrista, MN. This position is responsible for, under guidance of Park Operations Supervisor or Head Lifeguard, controls and maintains Park District swimming areas to prevent accidents, assists swimmers and keeps area and facilities clean while creating a favorable image of Three Rivers Park District.
STARTING RANGE: $16.50 - $18.00/hour

Essential Duties and Qualifications
Minimum 16 years of age upon appointment, 18 preferred. Must hold current Red Cross Lifeguard Training or equivalent certification upon appointment through termination of employment. Hold current CPR/AED certification upon appointment through termination of employment, specifically: Red Cross for the Professional Rescuer, Red Cross for Lifeguards, or American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
