What You'll Do
* Operate Order Pickers (Cherry Picker), Reach Trucks, and Scanning equipment technology to locate and pick orders through the Warehouse Management System
* Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues
* Accurately identify units for storage or shipment
* Work at heights of 30ft and repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift

The Loader Operator will be responsible for moving and loading vehicles with a company-provided front-end loader or forklift. In addition, the Loader Operator will be required to maintain documentation of vehicle movement around the facility. Furthermore, the Loader Operator will be responsible for the daily pre and post-trip inspections and associated documentation of their assigned machine. In addition, the operator will maintain a safe work environment and be required to follow and be held accountable to company guidelines for safe loader operation. Finally, through a thorough understanding of Copart policy, the Loader Operator will facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer's needs. Ensures equipment is maintained according to company standards and customer contracts. Operates company equipment safely. Assists with the maintenance of company equipment and vehicles. Records vehicle information accurately and legibly. Operates digital camera or other basic vehicle documentation and tracking devices. Sets up yard for auctions within company timelines. Provides service to customers as needed. Maintains a positive and professional demeanor. Follows yard guidelines to maintain a safe working environment (i.e. speed limits, etc.).Must be able to load and unload vehicles as required. Must be able to pass training and safety requirements. Required Skills & Experience:

As a Process Operator you will be a high performing member of a three-person team of Process Technicians. Under the leadership of the Site Production Leader and Operations Leader, you will operate assigned areas of the Styrofoam insulation plant in a safe, environmentally responsible and efficient manner, and perform minor maintenance activities.
This position operates on a 12-hr rotating shift schedule (3, 2, 2 rotating shift) and will work on assignments in all areas of a tobacco free plant campus.
As a Process Operator, you will:
Meet behavior expectations in the areas of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), quality, productivity, and teamwork and actively participate in continuous improvement efforts
Interface with process control computers to optimize and troubleshoot product quality and equipment operations
Perform standard and non-routine testing of product quality
Manually set up and adjust process equipment for product changes
Safely perform manual operations such as cutting foam during start-ups/jam-ups, manually stacking and grinding foam, and filling solids additive feeders
Perform on-shift minor maintenance, predictive/preventive maintenance (PPM), breakdown repair, and scheduled shutdown/turnaround activities
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 2 years manufacturing work experience
Must be capable of performing simple math computations involving ratios and fractions with or without a calculator
Must possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and be capable of working in an empowered team environment
Overtime is required to cover vacancies due to illness, vacation of other team members, and scheduled meetings
Must have a current, valid, US driver's license
Strongly Preferred:
2-year Technical/Trade Degree in Process Technology, Mechanical or electrical field
Professional experience demonstrating adept process operations, mechanical or electrical aptitude

* Manipulates or depresses crane controls such as pedals, levers, to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement.

* Communicates and directs co-workers through two-way radio and hand signals.
* Assist maintenance with cleaning on down days.

Position Summary: Under general supervision operates two or more numerically controlled machines simultaneously to drill low tolerance holes in panels. Independently performs complex and standard machine setups involving loading NC programs, aligning the pinning of the panels, visually and mechanically inspecting the panels, and making the required adjustments.
