Primary Responsibilities The Farm Equipment operator is responsible for the safe operation of all farm equipment (tractors, loaders, forklifts, etc.), completion of general tractor work (mechanical planting, spraying, cultivating), participation in preventive maintenance and repair of farm equipment and other duties as assigned by the farm manager/owners.
