Cons of working at Equinix

Management is Toxic and disrespectful to their teams, allow hostility in the workplace and nepotism is rampant.

The Stock is doing very well and the ESSP is a nice perk

Pros of working at Equinix

You will be asked to do a lot of different things, and exposed to a lot even if it was not what you were hired to do. Company seeks top talent.

How would you improve Equinix's culture?

Take company values seriously and be respectful to all employees. Those not working in corporate get left out of events, swag and other ways to feel important in the company.

What do you like best about Equinix's CEO and the leadership team?

Leadership team has quarterly all hands meetings and takes questions and seems to respond favorably.

How did you prepare for the Equinix interview?

Just knowing subject expertise and reading up on the company prior

How does your compensation at Equinix compare to the industry average?

What's the diversity at Equinix like?

Company seems diverse, in my team there are a LOT of H1B visa hires instead of those in local market. Seems they rather pay them less than hire qualified talent locally. Women are underrepresented across the board outside of administrative roles.

What brings you the most joy at Equinix?

Working on new initiatives
