The Billing Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day functions within the Patient Financial Services Department. These functions include but are not limited to monitoring medical and dental accounts receivables, batch and send electronic claims, and generate patient statements. Responsibilities
Supervises billing staff functions to ensure high quality work product that is following regulatory agency guidelines.
Monitors the billing staff, serving as a resource to assist and coach them to perform their work.
Set monthly deadlines for closing billing system and communicates with all staff.
Reviews and processes self-pay accounts.
Accurately performs the charge entry function as required by task assignment.
Ensure staff are cross trained within the department.
Partner with Director of Patient Services on any project management assignments needed.
Monitor patient accounts to collections, ensuring self-pay accounts are forwarded to our collection agencies weekly.
Requirements
Possesses general work-related skills at a higher level than completion of high school, including written and verbal communication skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a "business school (non BA/BS)" or "associates degree" type program.
Job duties require knowledge and training in the field of medical billing, typically acquired through a formal Associates Degree or trade school program in medical billing.
Ability to read and speak Spanish and/or Russian preferred but not required.
Ability to anticipate and re-prioritize work in response to changes in circumstances.
Ability to use job-related systems software to their full capability and perform complex/advanced functions.

The Datacenter Fiber Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, performance, and security of Microsoft's fiber optic network within datacenter operations. Key Responsibilities
1. Fiber Management & Maintenance
• Prevent fiber cuts, degradation, and outages by proactively monitoring and maintaining the fiber infrastructure.
• Perform regular fiber inspections, cleaning, and testing to ensure operational integrity.

• Serve as a remote hands expert for Microsoft engineering teams and third-party fiber providers.
3. Data Center Hygiene & Compliance
• Inspect fiber paths, patch panels, racks, and ports for proper cleanliness and organization.
• Perform remediation tasks such as cable management, labeling updates, and quality assurance measures.
• Trace optical jumpers along circuit pathways to verify quality and eliminate congestion or potential damage.
• Ensure adherence to industry safety codes, regulations, and best practices for fiber optic installations.
4. Change Management & Troubleshooting
• Support fiber-related change management activities, including testing and validation of network modifications.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for fiber-related changes within carrier hotels, meet-me rooms, and leased facilities.
• Troubleshoot and restore fiber outages, working closely with Microsoft remote engineering teams.
• Implement disaster recovery procedures for fiber-related incidents in enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of experience supporting fiber optic networks or large-scale deployments.

Job Description
Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Combination Store Manager position. The Combination Store Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of their store. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Educates and enforces stores staff on the laws, codes and regulations (i.e. FDA, DOT and OSHA) that pertain to services and equipment provided by Norco Medical
Plans, implements and documents staff meetings and education programs
Evaluates, documents and rectifies all safety hazards in and around the office and warehouse
Responsible for making sure profit margins are maintained at an acceptable level in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Zone and Executive Vice Presidents of Norco
Hire, discipline, and terminate staff, as needed
Lead, train, develop and motivate department's employees
Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
Qualifications
Prior sales and management experience preferred
One year experience in home health operation or Norco medical store operations
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally, to a height of 36"
Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge or any software applications necessary to the position
Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time
