Return of parts shipped for the service call but not purchased by the customer or defective parts replaced under warranty
Maintenance of a home office for coordinating activities in between service calls
What you bring:

Expert in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic prints and related technical documentation.
Ability to read and interpret PLC ladder logic

The Position:
We are looking for a Technical Quality Engineer to join the Service Engineering team, supporting the ongoing analysis and reporting efforts for Sungrow's performance with our PV and BESS products. The right person will have a strong analytics background with equal parts technical and anaylical skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate ad hoc data analysis and research across PV and BESS products
Quality trend of the components. An analysis of if there are any potential quality risks for a certain part, also needs to come up with a suggestion for the parts planning team for putting more inventory of certain parts.
Put a summary of the potential quality issues and the quality issues happening. Pushing HQ team to come up with RCA and resolution. Push to have rework to mitigate risk of downtime due to component defects or malfunction.
A summary of the reworks under processing now. Especially for the critical reworks and critical customers.
Review and work with HQ to update rework procedures.

Assembles, installs, and repairs electrical equipment and/or EVO frac equipment.
Program software parameters to PLCs, VFDS, routers, switches, berthold, and other related programmable equipment.
Participates in company safety initiatives including daily programs (written documentation, observations, etc.) and adheres to policies and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of all employees and drive operational excellence.
Works as a team to communicate, collaborate, and create strong alignment internally and externally with our partners.
Complies with all government, industry and EVO regulations and standards to ensure a healthy and safe work environment for all employees.
High proficiency in the maintenance of pumps, blenders, and power generation equipment.
Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate, consistent with the company's Operational Training Matrix and employee's progression plans.
Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Successfully passes background check and pre employment drug screening.
Possesses a valid U.S. Driver's License.
Daily overtime required and in person, predictable attendance.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
High School Diploma or GED. Technical College Training preferred.
12 months previous electrical experience required OR Associates Degree in Electrical Technology or related field.
Previous oilfield experience preferred, although not required.
Demonstrated ability to prove high aptitude in technical skillsets and competencies as listed below.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND ABILITIES:
Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
Possesses fundamental knowledge of fracturing equipment.
Possesses fundamental knowledge of multimeter testing device.
Basic proficiency in the maintenance of pumps, blenders, and power generation equipment.
Ability to attend, participate, and successfully complete the scheduled New Hire Safety training, including but not limited to H2S, Powered Industrial, and basic First Aid and CPR training.
Attends and successfully completes annual safety and recertification training.
Ability to work a minimum of 12 hour shifts for 14 consecutive days.
Basic mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
Ability to successfully work within a team environment to complete assigned tasks.
Ability to receive instruction well and interact in a positive manner within assigned work groups.
Basic interpersonal skills.
Possess basic proficiency in Microsoft platforms.
Ability to learn in a fast paced environment, adapt to change and receptive to new instructions.
Fully knowledgeable, compliant and takes initiative to promote and work with digital platforms including Active Learner, Paycom, KPA, and other company mandated systems. For new hires, ability to quickly learn company platforms.

Time in Position: Minimum 12 months
Successful completion of 8 hrs. Radiation Safety program

Daily required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach and squat/kneel. When required to go to a wellsite, employees will rideshare with multiple employees. Work environment includes exposure to hazardous materials, operating conditions, audio up to 85 dB and inclement weather. Given these conditions employees are required to wear company mandated and issued personal protective equipment (PPE) (fire retardant coveralls, arc flash suits, safety hat, steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear protection, high voltage gloves, and impact gloves) and must strictly adhere to all safety policies. Electronic Technicians are regularly required to lift heavy objects; therefore, Electronic Technicians must be able to lift 49 lbs. independently and 50 to 100 lbs. with a team lift.
Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on job demands.
