Responsibilities: • Perform installations (commissioning) of HVAC control systems in commercial settings • Troubleshoot and repair existing control systems to ensure optimal performance • Program control systems to meet specific operational requirements • Interpret control drawings, plans, and specifications for system assembly and testing • Utilize a variety of hand tools and equipment to mount and assemble control systems • Collaborative communication with internal leaders and team members to ensure all customer requirements are met Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of experience with commercial controls and BAS systems • Experience in programming, commissioning, and startup of Honeywell, or Tridium/Niagara-based controls systems • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort with hand-held devices (i.e. Smartphone, iPad) • A valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR, Background and Drug Screen • EPA Certification preferred • Ability to work on-call rotation and/or overtime to support the business • Experience with HVAC systems and building automation technology • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in professional mechanical environments
