Support the creation of development from initial concept through pre-production samples. Review graded nested patterns for final production approval in 2D or 3D, including physical samples where applicable by brand; Communicate with the Technical Design Manager when issues are found; responsible for correction of graded nested pattern and communication back to the vendors to ensure clear understanding of corrections needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Able to work in a hybrid environment, which may/will require working in person, in-office for a portion of the week, based on the needs of the business. Qualifications: 3 - 5+ years of experience in Technical Design or related field Experience in garment construction, pattern making, fitting, and specs. Experience with performance apparel a major plus. The role entails such functions as kitting, assembling, and in process measurements.
