Primary Role This engineering internship experience will introduce you to the exciting career opportunities in the water and wastewater field at Missouri American Water. This position will last approximately 8-12 weeks and will work Monday-Friday (Dayshift) out of the Creve Coeur, Missouri. The successful candidate will: Learn firsthand how water utilities support communities and provide resiliency and sustainability, Work with a team of Engineers to develop water supply plans, asset management plans and support various types of engineering and construction projects and programs for the company's water and wastewater systems. Teens ages 16 but less than 21 years of age are needed to conduct compliance audits with adult staff members at retail facilities to ensure under aged youth are unable to purchase tobacco products. The ordinance requires the department of health to conduct compliance audits on 50% of our permitted tobacco establishments annually using teens.
