Observe work processes, equipment, and interactions and identify opportunities for improvement
Perform testing as it relates to safety standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., DOE, ENERGY STAR, UL, IEC, etc.).
Implement 5S+ principles to ensure a clean, safe, and productive laboratory environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to achieve project goals

Proficiency is refrigeration equipment and process: Integrated valves, compressors/condensers, tubing, controls, data logging, pumps, pneumatics, nozzles, charging, reclaim, etc.
Industry certification in handling/charging/reclaim of A2/A2L/A3 refrigerants
Mechanical aptitude, hands-on assembly, modification, tinkering and optimizing refrigeration systems
Excellent organizational skills
