Responsibilities:

Meet with staff regularly to understand and prioritize business and information needs
Create and maintain documentation on development workflows and processes
Stay plugged in to emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Develop databases, pipelines, transformations, and visualizations to improve processes, increase organizational effectiveness, and drive down the cost of doing business
Facilitate anytime/anywhere access to reports and visualizations that allow stakeholders to discover, track, and share metrics, KPIs, and patterns/trends
Provide support to other IT employees (e.g. covering on days off, assisting with projects, etc.)
