Critical Flow Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 15 years' experience in the energy sector, specializing in valves and flow control. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new product development. This position will work closely with senior engineering leadership and product management to develop new products and adapt existing products for organic growth within Critical Flow Solutions. This role will focus on both transitional energy markets, such as natural gas, emerging green energy markets, and CO2 emissions reduction.
Principal Activities
:
You will:
Lead the design and development of new valve and flow control products from concept to production.
Collaborate with senior engineering leadership and the product management to align product development with market needs and company strategy.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses for new product designs.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory testing requirements, including API, ASME, and other industry standards as required by the targeted industries and sectors.
Oversee the prototyping, testing, and validation of new products to ensure they meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Manage the transition of new products from development to production creating documentation supporting that transition.

* Experience in management and road construction materials.
* Two years of progressive estimating and project management.
