Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for creating and modifying 3D models and 2D drawings. Strong understanding of fundamental mechanical engineering principles, including statics, dynamics, strength of materials, and thermodynamics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to develop effective solutions. Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and challenges. Familiarity with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software is a plus. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
