Experienced in the development of drawing and specification packages for the execution of both Design Build and Design-Bid-Build project styles. As Project Manager, manage, direct, and supervise project to assure project confirms to the commitments related to time, quality, and cost. Deal directly with client to establish project schedules and expectations. Coordinate other disciplines as needed to ensure project deliverables are coordinated to ensure constructability. Supplement ICT design standards and administrative procedures where needed. Assist team leader in manpower projections and scheduling of work.
