Expert-level experience with PLC/PAC-based controllers, HMI/SCADA development, industry-recognized DCS systems and associated automation hardware/software. Preferred platforms include Siemens, Rockwell and or Inductive Automation.
Expertise in the full development lifecycle.
Recognized subject matter expert with knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies related to automation and digitalization, ideally in life sciences.

Thermal heat treatments and hot isostatic press processing of AM parts to refine and improve performance of critical components used in aerospace and defense.
Provide the technical support in transitioning AM component(s) into production: process flow, process maps, dimensional variation, process capability, post processing operations, operations sheets.
Ability to acquire 3D data using modern and traditional tools (White/Blue light scanning)
