What you'll do: As the Manufacturing Engineer for Royal Truck Body (A Shyft Group Brand) based at our manufacturing facility in Carson, CA, you will enjoy optimizing manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production problems, and planning and designing manufacturing plant floor layouts to properly locate and co-ordinate equipment and material for efficient production. You will also be involved with preparing time studies, project planning, project management, budget management and maintaining the systems needed to drive continuous improvement in areas of cost, quality, safety, lead time, and use of working capital.
