Job Purpose
Support production by confirming Production Staff Equipment (PSE) operations and collaborating with other groups on top delivery/quality issues. Support New Model equipment programming activities and equipment design/install activities to ensure spec and design requirements are achieved.
Key Accountabilities
Support production by ensuring PSE equipment/quality checks, preventative maintenance activities and all other assigned tasks are completed thoroughly and timely.
Perform root cause analysis equipment failures to prevent problem reoccurrence and reflect to existing systems, methods, and policies.
Collaborate with other department groups on top delivery/quality issues and report team's activities and concerns.
Support NM projects to ensures successful implementation of all new model programming activities and new model trials. Create procedures for testing and recoveries for operator development and training.
Support team activities to promote change by engaging associates in creating and implementing characteristic improvements.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience

Knowledge of Microsoft office, project mgmt. process, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), CAD software, AUTOCAD and drawing software, robotic software, regulatory requirements. Must be enrolled in an Undergraduate Program studying Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related disciplines at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered

May include frequency of travel, sitting, standing, computer work, lifting, driving, working at site, etc.
Safety Sensitive
This may be a safety-sensitive role, and you will be required to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during required work hours. Furthermore, you will also be required to pass the pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol assessment requirements

Relocation
