Job Description

What you'll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company Knowledge of basic computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, AutoCAD, or similar drawing programs, miscellaneous web-based programs and general file structure. Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment. Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems. Ability to operate related telecom equipment such as but not limited to PBX, switching, transport, GPS, antennas, receivers, lighting systems, wiring systems and power systems. Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively both verbally and in writing. Physical abilities & exposures Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Your Role:
Provide technical support to customers and internal sales teams

Travel up to 25% (primarily domestic, occasional international)
Background Profile:
Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, or related technical field
Recent grads with co-op/internship experience encouraged to apply
AAS with 2+ years of interconnect experience will be considered
Strong communication and project coordination skills
