What you will do
As a Motorsport Customer Application Engineer within the Bosch Motorsport team, you will be responsible for the following:
Customer application engineering of Motorsport products on-site at customer, track, and other development sites
Interface with development teams to ensure alignment of application activities relevant to development Motorsport products with a focus on hybrid powertrain systems.
Adherence to applicable software and product development processes to ensure expected high quality
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve both component and system level issues related to software implementation of Motorsport products in end use applications

Event Participation:
Attend relevant industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to identify potential leads and maintain industry awareness.
Represent the company professionally, demonstrating deep product knowledge and industry expertise.
HubSpot & Funnel Management:
Manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and pipeline progression through HubSpot CRM.
Regularly update and analyze funnel data to optimize lead nurturing strategies and improve conversion rates.
Generate insightful reports to inform strategic decisions on marketing and sales activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar tools for lead and pipeline management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients.
Ability and willingness to travel to industry events and client meetings as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in automotive technology, automation, robotics, or engineering-based consulting firm.
Proven track record in lead nurturing and achieving sales targets.
