This role requires an individual with a background in Systems, Control, Electrical, and Mechanical engineering, paired with proven experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging with prospective clients, attending industry events, managing and nurturing sales leads, and utilizing HubSpot to effectively track and manage the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients through industry events, conferences, trade shows, networking activities, and online outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clearly communicating complex engineering solutions and value propositions. Technical Sales Support: Clearly articulate technical product benefits and system solutions tailored to client-specific needs. Work collaboratively with internal engineering teams to ensure client inquiries and technical questions are promptly and accurately addressed. Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with prospects, ensuring timely follow-up to nurture leads through various stages of the sales funnel. Understand client needs, concerns, and buying criteria, positioning the company as a preferred partner. Event Participation: Attend relevant industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to identify potential leads and maintain industry awareness. Represent the company professionally, demonstrating deep product knowledge and industry expertise. HubSpot & Funnel Management: Manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and pipeline progression through HubSpot CRM. Regularly update and analyze funnel data to optimize lead nurturing strategies and improve conversion rates. Generate insightful reports to inform strategic decisions on marketing and sales activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar tools for lead and pipeline management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients. Ability and willingness to travel to industry events and client meetings as required. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in automotive technology, automation, robotics, or engineering-based consulting firm. Proven track record in lead nurturing and achieving sales targets.
