First Shift Production Worker, Monday - Friday daytime hours. AMSOIL INC. has an exciting opportunity as a Production Worker. In this role, you will package AMSOIL products in a safe, efficient manner. This position reports to the AMSOIL center located in Superior, Wisconsin.
Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the daily operation of production equipment
• Use quality control standards to ensure packaging appears clean, straight, and filled to the correct amount
• Work in a variety of areas including operation equipment on a packaging line, assembling kits, and filling large containers with product
• Operate a forklift in a safe manner to move product
Position Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Learn to operate a forklift (This is done on the job)
• Good verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work as part of a team and be capable of self-direction
• Must have high attention to detail and desire to produce quality work
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and repetitively lift for long periods of time
• Available for weekly overtime. The current overtime schedule is: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm and Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm.
• Non-Overtime schedule is 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

• Identify potential issues in the production process or supply chain disruption and propose solutions to minimize impact. Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule packaging line improvements and preventive maintenance, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and operational.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Operations or Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• John Galt Atlas S&OP system experience preferred.
• ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) or other industry-relevant certification preferred.

Candidates must have a background in electrical construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting, preferably in the renewable energy field. Assemble, install, or maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems in compliance with site assessment and schematics. Responsibilities -
Support and assist in the maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of low, medium, and high voltage equipment such as inverters, combiner boxes, switchgear, transformers, voltage regulators, electrical protective devices, main and auxiliary generators, metering systems and battery support systems.
Ensure safe work practices and company safety programs and policies relative to the installation and maintenance of these systems.
Install and maintain electrical service equipment, wiring, and conduit required for the proper functioning of solar PV systems.
Assist in job safety and overall crew support including staging materials, general site work support, as well as site preparation and clean up.
Provide regular updates of job status, and complete necessary paperwork daily.
Assist and work with others as needed.

Layout, assemble, and install solar modules, panels, or support structures, as specified.
Apply weather sealing to array, building, support mechanisms, or breaker box.
Identify and resolve any deficiencies in photovoltaic (PV) system installation or materials.
Install the required labels on solar system components and hardware.
Determine materials, equipment, and installation sequences necessary to maximize installation efficiency.
Activate photovoltaic (PV) systems to verify system functionality and conformity to performance expectations.
Compile or maintain records of system operation, performance, and maintenance.
Participate in all pre-job work planning and safety discussions. Identify safety hazards you or other employees may be subject to and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate and/or mitigate hazards.
Understand and respond appropriately to all safety hazards and warning devices (i.e. back-up alarms, the smell of smoke, different colored warning tags, warning sirens).
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Produce quality work, meeting requirements of plans, specifications, and industry standards.

Qualifications -
High School diploma.
5+ years of experience working as a Solar Installer or equivalent combination of education and experience in a construction setting.
Experience in reading blueprints, plan sets, and/or technical drawings.

Working knowledge of the Solar Photovoltaic construction craft and the assembly, installation, or maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for ground installation.
Experience working with High Voltage.
Must be able to understand service and technical manuals.

We are seeking a highly motivated Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist/Manager to oversee workplace safety and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within our operations. This role will be responsible for implementing safety programs, conducting risk assessments, providing employee training, and fostering a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial manufacturing, chemical processing, or hydrogen/renewable energy industries.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, DOT, EPA, and other regulatory agencies governing workplace safety.
Maintain and update company safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans to align with current regulations.
Conduct internal safety audits and inspections; lead regulatory audits and investigations as required.
Serve as the primary liaison for external regulatory agencies regarding safety matters.
Risk Management & Incident Prevention
Identify workplace hazards and implement mitigation strategies to reduce risks.
Conduct job hazard analyses (JHAs) and risk assessments to ensure a safe work environment.
Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety incidents, implement corrective actions, and report findings.
Develop and oversee emergency response plans for fire, chemical spills, and gas leaks.
Training & Safety Culture Development
Develop and deliver safety training programs for all employees, including new hire orientation and refresher courses.
Promote a strong safety culture, engaging employees at all levels in continuous safety improvement initiatives.
Organize and lead safety committee meetings to address concerns and share best practices.
Equipment & Process Safety
Oversee Process Safety Management (PSM) for hazardous materials and hydrogen-related operations.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety gear.
Monitor hazardous materials handling, storage, and disposal in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Emergency Preparedness & Response
Develop, implement, and test emergency response procedures, including evacuation and crisis management protocols.
Coordinate with local emergency services and first responders for emergency drills and response planning.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in industrial manufacturing, chemical processing, or hydrogen/renewable energy industries.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations.
Experience in risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred:
Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OSHA 30/OSHA 500 certification, or equivalent.
Experience with Hazardous Materials Safety and handling compliance.
Familiarity with hydrogen production safety protocols and best practices.
Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 safety management systems.
Mandarin proficiency preferred.
