Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. 2. Licensure: Active state Registered Nurse (RN) License required. 3. Certifications: Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS required; must maintain certification. 4. Experience: Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care. 5. Skills: Proficient in EPIC EMR and GE Maclab. 6. Patient Care: Provides direct care to adult and geriatric patients in the cardiovascular lab. 7. Collaboration: Communicates effectively with physicians regarding patient condition. 8. Equipment & Inventory: Assists with equipment maintenance, inventory, and supply management. 9. Monitoring: Continuously monitors patient condition and hemodynamic data during procedures. 10. Quality Improvement: Participates in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
